CDC Cover-up: From Flus and Autism to AIDS and Cancers

AIDS experts and the mainstream media have tried hard to convince us that gay men started the epidemic in the U.S. and that it originated in sub-Saharan Africa among black heterosexuals. AIDS is a blood-borne and sexually-transmitted disease (STD) caused by HIV (the human immunodeficiency virus). However, never adequately explained is how a black African heterosexual epidemic could have segued into a mostly white homosexual epidemic in Manhattan, New York City beginning in 1979 —at a time when there was no epidemic in Africa. In reality, there is little hard evidence to prove that the American epidemic came from Africa, or even from Haiti, as a few molecular biologists have claimed. 

So how did AIDS start exclusively in young, healthy, primarily white and well-educated homosexuals in Manhattan? My research suggests HIV entered the gay population via an experimental hepatitis B vaccine contaminated by a chimpanzee virus. This vaccine was administered to gay men in preliminary trials shortly before (1976-1977) and during the actual hepatitis B experiment (1978-1980) at the New York Blood Center in Manhattan. This was closely followed by the “gay plague” of AIDS. 

To better understand the man-made origin of AIDS, it is essential to know what some virologists were doing in the 1970s, the decade before the outbreak. This included unethical research performed on unsuspecting people, such as covert vaccine and cold war radiation experiments. In addition, forced transfer of deadly viruses between animal species held captive in laboratories, and the development of cancer and AIDS-like immunosuppressive viruses were commonplace as part of the “War on Cancer” (1968-1980). 

The myth of Patient Zero who brought AIDS to America

In October 2016 the mainstream media finally exonerated Patient Zero, the Canadian airline steward accused of bringing AIDS to America. Gaetan Dugas, his real name, developed swollen lymph glands in 1979. Diagnosed with Kaposi’s sarcoma (the so-called “gay cancer” of AIDS) in New York City in 1980, he died of kidney failure in 1984 at age 31. He was made famous posthumously by the 1987 publication of Randy Shilts’s  And the Band Played On, an essential early history of AIDS, in which Dugas appeared as a minor character. Shilts theorized Dugas brought AIDS from Paris to New York and the media widely sensationalized the story. TIME magazine referred to ‘the appalling saga of patient zero’; The New York Post headlined, ‘The man who gave us AIDS—triggered gay cancer in the U.S.’ Even the AMA American Medical News declared Dugas “may have brought AIDS to the U.S.” In truth, it has been known for a long time that the Patient Zero scenario was a literary publicity ploy concocted to sell more copies of Shilts’s book, which quickly became an international best-seller and later an HBO made-for-TV movie. 

The New York Times (October 26, 2016), which has always avoided serious discussion of the man-made theory of AIDS, headlined ‘HIV arrived in the U.S. long before Patient Zero.’ Dugas was vindicated by computer calculations made by molecular biologists using genetic sequences from the earliest blood specimens of HIV-positive gay men stored at the New York Blood Center in 1978-1979. The biologists concluded that HIV spread from Zaire, Africa, to Haiti in 1967 and then to New York City around 1971. 

Other molecular biologists studying the genes of HIV estimate the virus entered the African population sometime between 1915 and 1941. Airplanes fly in and out of Central Africa carrying people and their STDs (and primates) around the world. Yet we are led to believe that HIV supposedly travelled to only three geographic areas over a period of a half-century or more. The dictionary defines “epidemic” as tending to affect many people within a population. There can be no epidemic without a large number of cases. There are no stored blood specimens in the U.S that test positive for HIV before 1978, and no epidemic cases. And there is no real evidence of an African AIDS epidemic until the Fall of 1982 at the earliest, according to Luc Montagnier, the co-discoverer of HIV.

Is the out-of-Africa theory another AIDS myth? 

When HIV was co-discovered in 1984 by Robert Gallo, he theorized the virus likely originated from the African green monkey in the bush. Later, HIV was found to be most closely related to a chimpanzee virus called simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV). AIDS experts also promote the “cut hunter theory” whereby the chimp virus “jumped species” into humans who ate chimp meat or who got chimp blood into cuts or wounds during slaughter. Not everyone agrees. Primatologist Preston Marx believes a person cannot contract AIDS from a monkey or a chimp in that way. 

Secret and unethical human experiments in the pre-AIDS era

Unfortunately, doctors have a long and sordid history of unethical experimentation, much of it never reported or publicized in medical journals for obvious reasons. Mention must be made of the horrific Guatemala experiments (1946-1948) conducted, in part, by the U.S. Public Health Service (now the CDC) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The study came to light, quite by accident , in 2010. Over 5,500 people, including children, were recruited and 1,300 were deliberately infected with various STDs by doctors. The Wikipedia has the gory details. Critics, who quickly dismiss AIDS as a man-made creation because “doctors would never do that,” need to be aware of this shameful reality. 

In 1972, a few years before the gay experiment, the government’s notorious Tuskegee syphilis experiment , which began in 1932, was finally abandoned by the CDC under public pressure. Black sharecroppers with syphilis were deliberately not treated with antibiotics so that doctors could study the natural progression of the disease until death. 

In 1971, the military’s biological warfare research merged with respectable cancer research. The biological warfare research program at Fort Detrick, Maryland, is now part of the National Cancer Institute, which is part of the NIH. Thus, bio-warfare research at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research can go under cover of legitimate cancer research. 

Unethical hepatitis research in the 70s involved instances like feeding chocolate milk laced with human feces to deliberately infect mentally retarded children with hepatitis. Saul Krugman, considered a scientific icon for his hepatitis discoveries in the Willowbrook experiments, was also condemned by some as a monster for deliberately infecting kids without consent. A few years later, Krugman was made “safety officer” with access to vaccine vials given to the gay men at the NYBC. 

It was not uncommon in the 70s to test various vaccines on retarded children and black Africans. Laboratory chimpanzees were infected with hepatitis B by intravenous injections of human saliva and semen. In 1974 the NYBC established Vilab II, a rarely-mentioned chimpanzee center in Liberia, Africa, used to infect primates and to use them to develop hepatitis vaccines for eventual human use. Vilab has recently been disbanded. 

The Special Cancer Virus Program (1968-1980) that preceded AIDS

The Special Cancer Virus Program, under the direction of the NIH, was initiated by president Nixon as part of his War on Cancer. The program involved the leading virologists and medical research institutions in America. Its purpose was to prove that certain animal viruses could cause human cancer. This required the dangerous transfer of viruses between animal species, as well as adapting these viruses into human cells. In the laboratory process, numerous AIDS-like retroviruses were created. The annual reports of the SVCP repeatedly state that animal-derived “human candidate viruses” would not be tested in humans. 

This genetic engineering of viruses was largely kept hidden from the public, as well as the ease with which these animal viruses (particularly primate viruses) could mysteriously contaminate laboratories and go unrecognized. For example, Gallo, a Project Officer in the Program, reported a discovery in 1975 of a “new” and “human” HL-23 virus which eventually proved to be three different contaminating ape viruses (gibbon ape virus, simian sarcoma virus, and baboon endogenous virus). Gallo claimed he had no idea how these primate viruses contaminated his laboratory. Veterinarian Max (Myron) Essex of Harvard , another leading AIDS expert, was also deceived in 1986 when he reported a “second” AIDS virus, which proved to be a contaminant monkey virus traced, not to Africa, but to his own laboratory. 

By 1978, the year the trial in gays began, the SCVP had produced 37,438 liters of animal retrovirus material ready for lab experimentation (The Virus Cancer Program, June 1978, p 282). By 1980, the Program was disbanded because of its failure to prove that an animal virus could cause human cancer. By the end of the 1970s, homosexuals began to sicken and die due to a “new” and unprecedented immunosuppressive and cancer-causing virus. Discovered in 1984 and quickly dubbed the “human” immunodeficiency virus, it made Gallo the most famous scientist in the world—and brought riches to Big Pharma, the virologists, and the AIDS establishment. All because a chimp virus was mysteriously “introduced” into the bodies of male homosexuals in Manhattan at the NYBC. 

Gay men, chimps, and the hepatitis B vaccine experiment (1978-1980)

As early as 1975, Manhattan gays began donating blood specimens for the vaccine trial. Eventually 13,000 specimens were donated. All of it was retained at the NYBC, and when a blood test later became available for HIV, the blood was re-tested to trace the introduction and spread of HIV into the gay community beginning in 1978-1979. The hepatitis B vaccine was developed by Maurice Hilleman and manufactured by Merck. Hilleman, the world’s leading vaccine developer, was well aware that the absolute safety of any vaccine could only be proven by testing it in humans. Obviously, HIV was unknown in the 1970s so there was no test for it. By the mid-1970s, prior to the actual trial in 1978, the vaccine was developed and tested in chimpanzees. A preliminary vaccine was tested in pilot studies, and inoculated into several dozen Merck executives, and a small group of homosexuals. 

Did a chimp immunodeficiency virus contaminate the vaccine? This question is not idle speculation or conspiracy theory. An essential source of information on the trial is contained in June Goodfield’s Quest for the Killers (1985). She writes, “Was something wrong with the vaccine, possibly contamination? This was no theoretic fear, contamination having been suspected in one vaccine batch made by the National Institutes of Health, though never in Merck’s.” 

More frightening is Paul Offit’s admission in Vaccine (2007). Offit, a leading spokesperson for the vaccine industry, states that Hilleman “would be the first and last to use human blood to make a vaccine. He didn’t know until later that the blood was heavily contaminated with HIV” (p 115, emphasis mine). The author does not explain how HIV could have “heavily contaminated” the vaccine made from the pooled blood of gay men in 1976-1977, when there were no AIDS cases and no evidence of HIV anywhere in the stored blood specimens in the U.S. Offit tries to reassure us: “Although HIV was likely present in the blood from which he had made his early preparations of his vaccine, Maurice Hilleman’s choice of pepsin, urea, and formaldehyde had completely destroyed it.” Nevertheless, medical professionals did not trust the safety of the vaccine when it came on the market in 1982, no matter what Offit claims. 

Leonard G Horowitz, author of  Emerging Viruses,: AIDS & Ebola: Nature, Accident, or Intentional? (1996), explores the many factors, including the role of the military-medical- industrial complex, that convinces him that AIDS is man-made. He exposes the little-known hepatitis B vaccine pilot studies in chimps and gays in the few years preceding the large-scale trial in 1978. Horowitz theorizes: “A few military scientists, I realized, were all that was needed to transport a vial of viruses from Fort Detrick or for that matter Gallo’s lab, to Hilleman’s hepatitis B vaccine lab in West Point, Pennsylvania, or directly to Krugman’s group in New York. The final experiment, which eventually enrolled 1,083 volunteers, began in November 1978 and ended in June 1980 at the NYBC. Half the men received the vaccine; the other half a placebo. Each man was given 3 doses of vaccines over a period of six months; and 6,332 follow-up visits and blood samples were also required. Each man had a special vaccine vial used only for him. At the end of the trial, the placebo group was offered the protective vaccine. A full history of the hepatitis B vaccine and its success can be found in the Wikipedia. 

The aftermath of the gay hepatitis B experiment

The entrance point of HIV/AIDS into the U.S. population clearly traces back to the experiment at the NYBC. There is no question that signing up for the trial was deadly for some gay men. The proof is contained in a 1986 follow-up report of 378 men who donated blood and/or were volunteers for the experiment (JAMA 1986;255:2167-2172). Authored by Cladd Stevens et al and entitled ‘Human T-cell lymphotropic virus type III [HIV] infection in a cohort of homosexual men in New York City’, it is the strongest evidence, in my view, that the men were damaged by HIV, the chimp virus in humans.

In 1978-1979 over 6% of the men were already “positive” for HIV. In 1980, the year Dugas was diagnosed with AIDS, 15% of the gays were positive. By 1982, as many as 30% were infected. By 1984, the year HIV was discovered, 43% of the men tested positive. To this day, this is the highest HIV infection rate anywhere in the world. (Swaziland, Africa, currently has a rate of 28.8%.) For reasons unexplained, men in the study who had already been diagnosed with AIDS were omitted from this study.

After the AIDS epidemic became official in 1981, the CDC tried to reassure the public about the vaccine’s safety with little success. In this regard, a  JAMA editor reported: “HB vaccine acceptance has been seriously hindered by the fear of possible AIDS transmission from the vaccine.” The experimental vaccine given to gays in additional trials in San Francisco and Denver was tested and declared free of HIV. However, vials of vaccines (made by Merck and the NIH) were never tested from the Manhattan group at the NYBC. 

It is important to remember that HIV is not the first time a primate virus “jumped species” to enter the human population. This transfer did not originate in Africa. It occurred when a cancer-causing primate virus (simian virus 40) contaminated the polio vaccines of the 1950s and ‘60s and infected half the U.S. population of that time. Some current researchers say SV40 causes human cancer. Government scientists say it doesn’t. More information can be found on sv40Foundation.org.

Is is merely a coincidence that when large numbers of gays first come out of the closet and signed up for the government’s vaccine studies, an epidemic of mysterious origin would erupt in this most hated minority in America? An STD that attacked only homosexuals? A coincidence that the hepatitis B vaccine was developed and tested in chimpanzees and that a chimp virus is the most closely related virus to HIV, the cause of AIDS? A coincidence that the demographic group selected for the gay experiment at the Center was quickly followed by an epidemic in Manhattan that initially occurred exclusively among the same demographic (young, white, healthy, promiscuous, well-educated, and mostly professional homosexuals)? 

Thirty-nine million people worldwide have died of AIDS; and 38 million are currently infected. Should we blame gay sex for bringing a chimp virus to America? Should we blame Africans for an epidemic that clearly started first in Manhattan? Should we blame monkeys and chimps in the bush when we hold them captive in primate labs and pump them full of cancerous viruses and cancerous tissue— and then use them to develop vaccines for human use? 

Is the “science” surrounding the origin of HIV/AIDS rigged by the refusal of the AIDS establishment to seriously consider any evidence for the man-made theory of AIDS? Or are the green monkey and the cut hunter theories of AIDS—and the now defunct Patient Zero story— merely more mainstream media “fake news”?

Among the most stunning revelations from the Horowitz-Kane research are those linking Larry Silverstein of Silverstein Properties, Inc., and the 9-11 terrorist attacks, to the drug cartel’s geopolitical, economic, and population reduction activities. Mr. Silverstein, leaser of the World Trade Center who authorized to have building 7 “pulled,” meaning detonated, is a chief suspect in the “9-11 truth” investigation. AFFIDAVIT OF LEONARD G. HOROWITZ

1. This Affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, except where otherwise stated, and, if called upon to do so, I could and would competently testify to the matters herein stated.

2.I am a Harvard University trained certified expert in the fields of behavioral science, health education/health promotion, media persuasion, medical sociology, public health, and emerging diseases. I have additional expertise in natural healing methods and materials, including genetics and electro-genetics, by reason of my academic training, scientific publications, and internationally recognized authority and celebrity in these fields.

3. I openly disclose my bias and conflicting interests as a leading author, personal health care educator, consumer protector, alternative and complementary health care specialist, and formulator of natural remedies for public protection and remediation of diseases. I hold trademarks covering several products that compete directly with the drug industry’s monopolization of medicine as described herein. This competitive vantage enables me to critically assess elements and actions within “BigPharma” that few people perceive. My sponsorships by natural products companies, helps pay for my expenses in serving as I have for thirty years without grants or academic/institutional restraints providing the freedom to simply “tell it like it is” based on science and researched evidence. 5. Compelled by God and my responsibilities in these positions I have sought on several occasions, by whatever lawful means, to protect the U.S. Constitutional right of every American to exempt from risky vaccinations for religious, philosophical, and medical reasons; and protect Americans’ bodies as absolute personal properties for which compensation must be paid if and when taken, according to the 5th Amendment of the Constitution.

6. I understand that substantial historical evidence exists proving unequivocally the Rockefeller family’s monopolistic influence over American medicine and public health that is material to this affidavit and related complaint. David Rockefeller’s powerful influence over the Council on Foreign Relations, geopolitics, and global economics is solidly established.

7. I have reviewed the records and files cited herein and attest to the following facts that evidence fraud, official malfeasance, organized crime, and the administration of genocide (i.e., iatro-genocide) operating under the guise of “public health” within a trust organization established by David Rockefeller called “Partnership for New York City” involving the US Federal Government, and New York State Government, pertaining to the 2009 H1N1 Swine Flu “outbreak,” “pandemic,” and advancing vaccination campaign.

8. I conclude that this subject is a matter of extreme urgency, threatening national security, thus demanding the immediate scrutiny of lawmakers and justice department officials, as well as the public-at-large.

9. It is a well-established fact that “outbreaks” have been caused by laboratory “accidents.” For instance, the 1977 Influenza A outbreak of human (“swine flu”) H1N1 that went extinct for twenty years between 1957 and 1977 suddenly re-emerged immediately following: a. the suspicious unexplained 1976 military outbreak at Fort Dix, New Jersey of this strain that was most likely a covert military experiment; and b. the subsequent swine flu deadly vaccination program that followed the Fort Dix outbreak, and media-driven fright; that has been attributed to a “laboratory source” according to doctors Zimmer and Burke in the New England Journal of Medicine (July 16, 2009;Vol.361:279-285). 10. The November 1977 sudden reemergence of this Influenza A H1N1 strain in the former Soviet Union is best explained by the National Cancer Institute’s 1978 publication titled Special Virus Cancer Program (Library call number: E20.3152;V81/977 and 78-21195). This report revealed the June 15, 1976 contract (N01-CP-6-1047) with the American Type Culture Collection to supply “virus materials . . . to investigators throughout the world” via a “US-USSR Agreement” (a dangerous breach of Cold War national security). (See: EXHIBITS_2-3.pdf)  Virus materials cited in this document included numerous infectious agents including influenza, parainfluenza, and even laboratory recombinations of influenza with acute lymphocytic leukemia viruses that might spread quick acting lymphatic cancers by sneezing.(See: EXHIBIT_4.pdf)

11. The April, 2009 “outbreak” of the H1N1 “swine flu” is, like the 1976 Fort Dix and 1977 general “outbreaks,” highly suspicious according to genetic analysts and leading virologists. The rapid mutation rates of the novel agent circulating and feared as the 2009 “swine flu” strongly suggests a laboratory source, either intentionally or accidentally released.

12. To make it more difficult for the public to comprehend what is ongoing in flu labs, according to EXHIBIT_5.pdf, World Health Organization officials developed new terminology to describe viruses used in vaccinations, gene therapies, and advancing biotechnologies. The new terms “reference materials,” “biosimilars,” “data packages,” and “mock-up files,” each designate viruses and/or viral materials including gene sequences that cause disease and immune system reactions.

13. According to EXHIBIT_6.pdf, World Health Organization officials in charge of developing influenza vaccines, Dr. James Robertson and Dr. John Wood, of the National Institute for Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC) in the UK, testified (April, 2006) that “if a pandemic is imminent, . . . A stockpile of live vaccine, . . . could be used to prime the population in advance . . .”

14.According to this document, these doctors are the “Principal Scientists in the Division of Virology at NIBSC. Dr. Wood and Dr. Robertson lead the NIBSC’s influenza group. Their responsibilities include the control and standardization of influenza vaccines. On behalf of the United Nations’ World Health Organization (WHO) the NIBSC is involved in the serological testing of vaccine trials; the preparation and distribution of influenza viruses to vaccine manufacturers; and the coordination of EU strain selection process.” (ie., the selection of viruses that shall be used by governments worldwide, and their “vaccine pipelines.”

15. Dr. Robertson also testified that “there is a lack of vaccine research in the UK compared with the US,” and that he and Dr. Wood “consider that pandemic vaccine development in the EU has been slow due to limited public funding. This is in contrast to the situation in the USA. Dr. Wood told the group that the NIBSC collaborate with the vaccine industry . . . The EMEA have helped to persuade industry to invest in pandemic vaccines with the introduction of the mock up files and by waiving the regulatory fees . . .” [Emphasis added]

16. The European Medicines Agency (EMEA) is a decentralized body of the European Union with headquarters in London. Its main responsibility is, according to its website, “the protection and promotion of public and animal health, through the evaluation and supervision of medicines for human and veterinary use.”

17. Thus, it is certain that when the Mexican Swine Flu 2009 “outbreak” occurred in mid April, 2009, first in the United States in two unrelated children living approximately 100 miles apart in southern California, then soon after in Mexico among people who had not been exposed to these two children, that foul play is a most reasonable explanation, especially since this unique virus held genes from avian, swine, Spanish, and regular flu strains—unprecedented in the history of “natural selection” health science addressing evolution of the species.

18. Occam’s Razor analysis holds that, “Of several acceptable explanations for a mysterious phenomenon, the simplest is preferable, provided that it does not contradict the observed facts.”

19. Accountable US Federal officials overseeing America’s “biopreparedness” response against this mutant H1N1 flu, including vaccinations and predicted quarantines, offer no definitive explanation for the initial outbreak of this laboratory sourced recombinant; nor does the mainstream media. So called “experts” accept and regurgitate the lame explanation of “somehow” and “somewhere” bird, pig, and 1918 Spanish flu viruses mated curiously synchronously with the first availability of biotechnology to produce vaccines alleged to be safe and effective against this precise new H1N1 and H5N1 genetic recombinant.

20. Alternatively, the following substantial evidence indicts David Rockefeller et al, including celebrated Federal agents, agencies, and vaccine makers that control the mainstream media and the practice of medicine in an organized criminal conspiracy to profit by generating and promoting this pandemic:

a. Days before the media’s first reported swine flu cases in April, 2009, Novavax Corporation, partnered with the General Electric (GE) company that co-owns NewCo with media mogul Rupert Murdoch, issued press releases generating widespread publicity.

b. Thus, America’s most powerful news media consortium, and cable television conglomerate, publicized Novavax’s vaccine research in collaboration with CDC officials, alleging their vaccine protected against this unprecedented recombination of flu stains—avian, Spanish flu, and regular flu infections.(See EXHIBIT_7.pdf)

c. According to Dr. Robertson’s testimony presented above, Novavax received its “biosimulars” through CDC Influenza Branch director, Ruben O. Donis, and Dr. Rick Bright. Dr. Bright previously worked with Dr. Donis at the CDC. In April, 2009, Dr. Bright was Novavax’s Vice President of Global Influenza Programs.

d. The publicized outbreak caused Novavax’s stock to soar. Novavax’s CEO, Rahul Singhvi, and his previous corporate affiliate, the Merck Pharmaceutical company that manufactures the flu-related pneumonia vaccine (Pneumovax), both profited heavily from the “outbreak,” media coverage, and declared advancing pandemic.

e. No group in the world other than the Anglo-American vaccine “pipeline,” with its faucets at the NIBSC and CDC, could supply Novavax’s collaborators with the wherewithal to manufacture and release the recombinant virus reported by officials and Reuter’s News Service. (See: EXHIBIT_8.pdf)

f. A Google search proves Thomas H. Glocer is the Chief Executive Officer of the Thomson Reuters Corporation (TRC) and Director of the TRC that partnered in David Rockefeller’s biotechnology trust called “Partnership for New York City,” (PNYC). Thomas H. Glocer is also a Merck [pharmaceutical company] Director since 2007, according the Merck company website. (See: EXHIBIT_9.pdf.)

g. Two additional “partners” are the New York State Government, and the US Federal Government, likewise advancing vaccine research in partnership with private companies in this PNYC. Both governments then purchase vaccines from other partners in the PNYC.

h. The PNYC, according to their website (http://www.pfnyc.org/history.html), was initially formed out of the merger of two organizations: the New York Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the New York City Partnership. The New York Chamber of Commerce was founded on April 5, 1768 by a group of merchants whose purpose was to encourage business and industry, . . . the Chamber remained sufficiently loyal to the [British] Crown to have received a royal charter in 1770 from King George III, . . . After the [Revolutionary] war, . . . the New York State Legislature . . . confirm[ed] their original charter [on April 13, 1784] . . . entitled “An Act to Remove Doubts Concerning the Chamber of Commerce and to Confirm the Rights and Privileges Thereof.” . . . Following in the tradition of three generations of Rockefellers who were closely associated with the Chamber, David Rockefeller transformed the organization in 1979. In that year, he founded the New York City Partnership and affiliated it with the Chamber. Although the original Chamber had taken a broad look at what it considered to be “business interests”, it was primarily a business advocacy group. Under Rockefeller’s vision, the new Partnership would allow business leaders to work more directly with government and other civic groups to address broader social and economic problems in a ‘hands on’ way. In 2002, the New York City Partnership and Chamber of Commerce became the Partnership for New York City. . . .”

i. Rupert Murdoch is Co-Chairman with Honorary Co-Chairman David Rockefeller in the PNYC.

j. Rupert Murdoch’s mother, Elisabeth Murdoch is Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire, established by King George V; a Companion of the Order of Australia (AC), which is an order established by Elizabeth II, Queen of Australia. Elisabeth Murdoch administers the Royal Woman’s Hospital in Victoria, Australia, a vaccine research center and heavy promoter of the swine flu vaccines and drugs for pregnant women.

k. Jerry I Speyer, owner of the Rockefeller Center, is chair emeritus of the PNYC and on their board of directors. He is Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Speyer, Chairman of the Museum of Modern Art, former Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; chairman emeritus of Columbia University; chairman emeritus of the Real Estate Board of New York; and a member of the David Rockefeller-directed Council on Foreign Relations.

l. Nelson Rockefeller’s protégé, Dr. Henry Kissinger, is a highly influential member of The Council on Foreign Relations, composed of the most influential business leaders in America, and his Kissinger Associates, Inc. is Merck and Company, Inc.’s leading management consulting firm.

m. Merck and Company, Inc. is the world’s largest vaccine maker. The company not only profits from flu frights and pandemics by sales of Pneumovax, but also is credited for having spread the AIDS virus, HIV, through contaminated hepatitis B vaccines according to research published in the peer reviewed scientific journal Medical Hypotheses (Volume 56, Issue 5, Pages 677-686) by this affiant.

n. Further evidencing an Anglo-American conspiracy to commit iatro-genocide using vaccines, a CSL Biotherapies report (See: EXHIBIT_10.pdf) proves this firm operates one of the world’s largest influenza vaccine manufacturing facilities for supply to Australia and global markets. This facility is based in Parkville, Victoria. This document explains the vaccine manufacturing process and exclusive supply of viruses for vaccine research and manufacture from the WHO or the CDC, thusly:

“The first step in making the influenza vaccine is preparing a ‘seed’ virus. This is a safe form of the influenza virus, which can be grown in hens’ eggs to produce the vaccine.  Preparation of the seed takes around 3-4 weeks following receipt of a potential candidate virus from international health bodies such as the World Health Organization (WHO) or the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).”

o. So Ruben O. Donis at the CDC had to have sent the H1N1 and H5N1 viruses needed for vaccine manufacture to Novavax, where the CDC’s former Dr. Rick Bright, is now implicated in this conspiracy to commit genocide by way of flu vaccines.

p. CSL’s primary H1N1 swine flu vaccine testing site is closely linked to Rupert Murdoch. Murdoch funds the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) of Victoria, Australia. His daughter-in-law, Sarah Murdoch, is an Ambassador for the MCRI, and a member of its development board since 2000. Murdoch’s mother’s, Royal Woman’s Hospital is testing the H1N1 vaccines, at the time of this writing, on children and pregnant women.

q. The Associate Director of Clinical Development for vaccines at CSL is Dr. Michael Greenberg. CSL is conducting H1N1 vaccine studies on babies at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, according to the MCRI website. (See:EXHIBIT_10.pdf) Dr. Greenberg joined GlaxoSmithKline in 2005, and CSL in 2009, further evidencing Rupert Murdoch’s ties to SmithKline and CSL.

r. The MCRI is the largest child health research and vaccine testing institute in Australia. It researches childhood diseases, including many that are vaccine-induced autoimmune diseases associated with antigenic complex formation from geneto-protein recombinations and blood intoxications.

s. Antigenic complex formation is the primary mechanism recognized by immunologists for the generation of myriad auto-immune diseases that result from vaccine-induced/unnatural over-stimulation of the immune system whereafter immune cells are hyper-activated to autogenically attack the body instead of simply the infectious agent/ pathogen or antigen. The medical community calls this auto-immune dysfunction.

t. In September 2009, babies and children were being recruited by the MCRI, for “a pandemic H1N1 swine flu vaccine trial” in Melbourne wherein “about 100 Victorian children aged between 6 months to eight years” were selected for study in collaboration with the University of Melbourne and Federal Government of Australia.

u. This historic testimony evidencing fraud and ongoing genocide within the medical and public health sectors of the WHO-directed US, UK, and Australian governments is best reconciled by medical sociologist Stephen Kunitz’s 2000 report in the Journal of the American Public Health Association (Vol 90;10:1531-39) wherein he concluded wherever Anglo-American multi-national corporations travel, so goes genocidal depopulation of native people.

v. Now this affiant is aware that White House Environmental Advisor for Barack Obama, Van Jones, resigned for signing a petition in 2004 asking for an investigation of high level Bush administration officials implicated by foreknowledge in the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center “terrorist” attacks that immediately killed more than 3,000 people and many more from respiratory related ailments.

w. This infamous New York site is now home to the PNYC—the world’s most powerful biotechnology trust established by David Rockefeller in 1979 with co-partner and co-chairman Ruppert Murdock.

x. It must be known that New York’s United Nations building was constructed using Rockefeller money. The United Nations’s WHO was established thereafter by the Rockefeller family’s foundation in 1948–the year after the same Rockefeller cohort established the CIA. Two years later the Rockefeller Foundation established the U.S. Government’s National Science Foundation, the National Institute of Health (NIH), and earlier, the nation’s Public Health Service (PHS).**

y. It must be further understood that England’s colonialism has transitioned into neocolonialism, commonly called globalism. British influence has evolved most apparently and consistently with financial support by the European banking community led by the Rothchild family that has, according  to geopolitical and economic historians, heavily financed Rockefeller family interests since the late 1800s, and vaccination campaigns have been a part of this global conquest agenda.

z. Population reduction by vaccination for eugenics and genocide has earlier examples. Kunitz wrote about the Yanomami Anglo-American genocide in Venezuela. In 1968, very deadly and obviously contraindicated Edmonson B measles vaccine was administered by James V. Neel and colleagues to conduct genetic studies funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and US Atomic Energy Commission that maintains obvious ties to British commissioners. This vaccine caused the death of several thousand Yanomami. Lesser-known examples of vaccine-induced genocides involve the polio and hepatitis B vaccines as published by this affiant in 2000 in the journal Medical Hypotheses; and the Tuberculosis skin testing genocide ongoing in Hawaii as published in Medical Veritas in 2007 (4:1505–1509).

aa. The eugenics movement began at Rockefeller and Carnegie funded Cold Spring Harbor Labs in New York. Eugenics investors in genetic engineering and “population management” extended their institutional control over Nazi Germany; advancing “showers” with IG Farben and Bayer Corporation supplied Zyclone B. Concentration camp victims believed they were taking showers for “public health” and “disinfection,” not for “racial hygiene.” Later eugenics “experiments” included Tuskeegee’s syphilis study administered on behalf of Rockefeller interests by the U.S. Public Health Service.

bb. I testify as an expert in medical sociology and vaccine virology this is not “conspiracy theory,” but a certifiable “conspiracy reality” operating in health science sustained by a “conspiracy of silence” infecting responsible journalists, the media, and the American people. It is a sociopolitical pathology preventable only by the free exercise of our First Amendment right to a free press. Given the manner in which the defendants control the media, however, including the medical scientific media, America’s founding fathers objective to secure civil rights and happiness by way of a free press has been substantially negated by these criminals.

cc. In the United States, the NIH, PHS, and the American Academy of Pediatricians (AAP) have incestuous relationships with “BigPharma” and its ring of organized PNYC criminals. These agencies and official agents minimize vaccination risks, deny vaccine ingredient toxicities (e.g., mercury and the vaccine additive MF59 (Novartis/CHIRON) or ASO2-4 (Glaxo-SmithKlein) containing squalene and IL-2; and promote vaccination policies ignoring reason and legitimate cautions based on published science.

dd. The reach and impact of the defendants’ trust, the PNYC, obviously taints geopolitics, economics, and vaccine science globally. For example, according to recent Biomedical Research Alliance promotions, and PNYC promotions, Kathryn S. Wylde, the President and CEO of the PNYC since 1982, was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 2009. She describes Asian financial influence on the PNYC thusly:

ee. “The announcement of the China Center is a step toward economic recovery for New York.  The Vantone Group’s commitment to helping New York become the western headquarters location for the increasing number of global businesses coming out of China is extremely important to our city’s future as a global capital of business and finance.”

ff. The “China Center” lease is being administered by Silverstein Properties, Inc. a “partner company” in the PNYC. It is owned by Larry A. Silverstein, the infamous real estate tycoon, and alleged heroin drug trafficker, who cashed in on his timely $3.2 billion lease of the World Trade Center property seven weeks before “9-11” (2001). The subsidiary of GE Capitol, Industrial Risk Insurers company, paid some of Mr. Silverstein alleged loss of $7 billion needed to reconstruct the new World Trade Center.

gg. The top 5 floors of this new construction, “Chinese Center” is administered by Vantone Group director Feng Lun (pronounced Fung LEW-in).

hh. Feng Lun, according to Mr. Silverstein’s press announcement, is “a pioneer of China’s booming real estate market, so influential that some of the biggest names in American real estate, like Jerry Speyer, Mortimer Zuckerman and Sam Zell, have expressed an interest in forming a partnership with him.”[Emphasis added.](See: EXHIBIT_11.pdf.)

ii. The Mortimer B. Zuckerman Research Center (MBZRC) is the namesake created by the chairman and co-founder of the publicly traded Boston Properties, also a partner company in PNYC. The Center is associated the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Rockefeller University. Zuckerman is also editor-in-chief of U.S. News and World Report and publisher of the Daily News. A Harvard Law grad, he is also member of the Council on Foreign Relations largely directed by honorary PNYC chairman, David Rockefeller. Mr. Zuckerman is a fixture on Sunday talk shows like The McLaughlin Group. Zuckerman is reported to have an estimated net worth of $2.8 billion. Mr. Zuckerman, a candidate for US Ambassador to Israel, is also a leading financier of the American Lyme Disease Foundation that heavily promoted SmithKline company’s disastrous Lymerix vaccine. This vaccine was pulled from the market following hundreds-of-thousands of reported cases of recipients suffering post-vaccination symptoms of Lyme disease.

jj. Another major promoter and Federal Government endorser of SmithKlein’s toxic and terminated Lyme disease vaccine is the US Federal Government’s, National Institute of Health, National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director, Anthony S. Fauci, upon whom Mr. Zuckerman bestowed an “America’s Best Leaders” award on November 24, 2008.

kk. At this same meeting Mr. Zuckerman provided the same award to David Baltimore, the senior pioneer of retroviral research associated with HIV/AIDS-like immunodeficiency bioengineering during the Special Virus Cancer Program (SVCP).

ll. The SVCP was speciously investigated in 2002 by the United States General Accounting Office (GAO-02-809R Origin of AIDS Virus), that concluded its fraudulent study June 17, 2002. The investigation was forced by persecuted, and later incarcerated, Honorable Ohio Congressman, James A. Traficant, Jr. Mr. Traficant has decried his persecution by a “Jewish conspiracy” with intimate ties to Israel and intelligence organizations that adequately describes the defendants in this case.

mm. The SVCP is undoubtedly linked to the origin of HIV/AIDS as evidenced by its documentation revealing HIV co-discoverer, Dr. Robert Gallo, and his employment with the National Cancer Institute overseeing Litton Bionetics’s contract (71-2025) (See: EXHIBIT 12) “Investigation of Viral Carcinogenesis in Primates,” as “Project Officer.” This document relates to the Merck company SVCP contract (71-2059) “Oncogenic Virus Research and Vaccine Development,” directed by Dr. Maurice Hilleman. (See: EXHIBIT 13.pdf)

nn. Before his death, Dr. Hilleman, Merck’s vaccine division chief, stated that he brought the AIDS virus into North America in contaminated monkeys destined for vaccine research at Merck. This suppressed interview was posted by this affiant on You Tube where it is currently viewable, (See: YouTube’s “Merck Vaccine Chief Brings HIV/AIDS to America”)

oo. Litton Bionetics also exclusively administered the NCI’s facilities at Fort Detrick, Maryland at the time Litton supplied chimpanzees were used by the CDC, FDA, NIAID, and the Merck drug company to produce four subtypes of hepatitis B virus vaccines for testing on at least three known populations: 1. homosexual men in New York City, 2. African villagers in Zaire/Congo/Uganda, and 3. Willowbrook State School for mentally retarded children on Staten Island in New York. The latter studies were conducted under U.S Army contract with the New York University Medical Center’s Dr. Saul Krugman. (See: EXHIBIT_14.pdf)

pp. Thus, the leading HIV/AIDS institute in the US, the NIAID, directed by the leading American infectious disease official, HIV/AIDS czar, and leading swine flu vaccination proponent, Dr. Anthony Fauci, has grossly and criminally neglected compelling documents and solid science that indicts Merck, the FDA, CDC, and his own NIAID. The suppressed and neglected evidence proves the origin of the world’s deadliest plague, AIDS, was triggered by hepatitis B vaccinations advanced by this alliance between these defendants’ public and private enterprises. (See: EXHIBIT_15.pdf)

qq. Additional analysis of published genetic analyses concordant with this suppressed thesis and documented history of the SVCP, and related HIV activity, will prove to any reasonable person the NIAID played a central role in the aforementioned hepatitis B vaccine studies. (See: USDHEW Virology: Volume 4—Control of Viral Infections. NIAID Task Force Report. Bethesda, MD: Public Health Service, NIH, 79-1834, 1979, p. 20; 65-78) (See again: EXHIBIT_15.pdf)

rr. Related to current swine flu propaganda, the NIAID director, Dr. Fauci, has been heavily promoting swine flu vaccinations by way of the defendants’ media properties as he did previously with the Lyme vaccine.

ss. Dr Fauci was also senior author on the New England Journal of Medicine’s article detailing a suspiciously incomplete developmental history of this novel H1N1 virus.(See: NEJM Vol. 361;3:225-229, July 16, 2009.

tt. The NIAID and Dr. Fauci operates subject to Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) review and direction according to CIA documentation and the Washington Post.(See: EXHIBIT_16.pdf)

uu. Dr. Fauci is also co-patent holder (No. 5,696,079; Dec. 9, 1997) (See: EXHIBIT_17.pdf.) on “Immunologic enhancement with intermittent interleukin-2 therapy” described as being central to gene therapies and the future of “geneto-pharmaceuticals.” The Assignee on this patent is: The United States of America as represented by the Department of Health  (Washington, DC).

vv. The Associated Press reported that the government owns the patents and the scientists are listed as inventors so they can share in licensing deals struck with private manufacturers. . . . Fauci received $45,072.82 in royalties since 1997 when the government licensed the treatment they invented to drug maker Chiron Corp. Fauci, allegedly, donated his royalties to charity to avoid conflict-of-interest charges. But he admitted it was his decision to make to withhold disclosures to patients undergoing tests of IL-2 under his supervision.

ww. Thus, Dr. Fauci’s co-patent filing evidences entrepreneurship of the US Federal Government, through its Department of Health, at the expense of taxpayers, in this valuable biotechnology now licensed to CHIRON Corporation, makers of the swine flu vaccine adjuvant additive MF59 with squalene. (See: EXHIBIT_18.pdf.)

xx. I am aware of substantial scientific evidence, some of which was attended by the United States Congress during its investigation into Gulf War Syndrome, that squalene adjuvant is implicated in poisoning masses of military personnel who received the anthrax vaccine.

yy. Regarding the history of IL-2, now in vaccine adjuvant, on Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, Dr. John Niederhuber, the director of the NCI, told Lawrence K. Altman of the New York Times that Dr. Gallo “was instrumental in every major aspect of the discovery of the AIDS virus.” He added: “Dr. Gallo discovered interleukein-2 (Il-2), an immune system signaling molecule, which was necessary for the discovery of the AIDS virus, serving as a co-culture factor that allowed the virus to grow.” Dr. Fauci added to this, “There’s no doubt that Bob Gallo made enormous contributions to AIDS research, and if the Nobel rules allowed four recipients, Bob would belong in the group”. . . .

zz. I am also aware that IL-2 is the “common denominator” among immune system functions, (See: EXHIBIT_19.pdf) and can cause severe side effects. IL-2 has been recommended for adjuvants. (See: EXHIBIT_20.pdf) New research on Dr. Fauci’s IL-2 in the “proprietary” formula of swine flu vaccine adjuvants show IL-2 caused no benefit whatsoever stimulating the immune systems of 5,8000 subjects at a cost of $85 million. CHIRON and taxpayers paid the tab. Yet, more money and time will be spent researching Drs. Fauci and Gallo’s darling drug.

aaa. Regarding the other principle ingredient in adjuvants, according to Dr. Andrus Brun Laursen, the amount of squalene in the Pandremix vaccine made by GlaxoSmithKlein is far more concentrated in the swine flu vaccine than in anthrax vaccine implicated in producing Gulf War Syndrome.

bbb. CHIRON’s MF59 adjuvant used in the 2009 swine flu vaccines by GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis, and Merck’s Lymerix vaccines, contain squalene along with Dr. Fauci’s co-patented Interleuken-2, preferred by the drug trade due to its toxic side effects as this makes money for shareholders in BigPharma.(See: EXHIBIT_20.pdf)

ccc. The aforementioned evidences how the American people are being psychologically abused–“brain-washed,” sensitized, and traumatized–by the trust’s media; and physically assaulted with painful  poisonous injections delivering blood contaminations to the ill-informed generally objecting public.

ddd. From the view of theologians, people shall reap what they sew–humanity is being seduced by persuasive media to be physically poisoned by misplaced faith in the CDC, FDA, AAP, NIAID, PHS, NCI; and in Novartis, Novavax, SmithKlein, Merck, CSL, and Baxter Corporation’s vaccines. Rather than reinforcing the sacred dictim, “In God We Trust,” the PNYC trust conditions people to place faith in medical deities (MDs) to advance an obviously genocidal agenda–the 2009 Swine Flu vaccination campaign. Thus, the constitutionally guaranteed religious freedom from “mandated” blood intoxications (as per Leviticus 19:19) are being attacked and suppressed by Anglo-American agents for David Rockefellers PNYC trust.

eee. Among the trust’s deceptive, coercive, unethical, and fraudulent media machinations is their promoted myth that vaccinations are “mandatory” when, by Constitutional law, they shall be voluntary for all who honor of religious beliefs and others philosophically-inclined to refuse given equal protection under the law.

fff. Another second key deception is the notion that “immunization” means “vaccination” or visa versa; when, in fact, “immunization” traditionally referred to a natural exposure to antigens and innate immune response associated with acquiring lasting natural immunity. The word “vaccination,” alternatively, refers to a medical procedure that typically triggers hyper-sensitization reactions within the lymphatic system.

ggg. Another fraudulent myth is that the FDA tests products and/or assures safety and efficacy of vaccines. This myth persists due to continuous reinforcement by the news media controlled by the trust, and brainwashed or blindly-biased health officials that repeat this seductive mantra–”vaccines are safe and effective.”

hhh. These intentional obfuscations by the media and institutionalized medicine and public health, manipulated and misdirected by the trust, illustrate the social engineering and cross-cultural suppression of native and traditional beliefs in natural healing, immuno-competence, and spiritual metaphysics involved in natural healing, sustaining wellness, and spontaneous recovery.

iii. And unless We the People diagnose and treat the root causes of this genocidal imposition–a psycho-social, geopolitical, economically debilitating, physically-enslaving pathology, humanity may literally go extinct from genetic mutations and chemical intoxications.

jjj. Alternatively, the recognition and celebration of spiritual immunity bio-energetically commanding natural physical immunity through electro-genetic and hydrosonic processes, must be reexamined and culturally restored. As spiritual beings, humans deserve spiritual solutions more than physical chemical intoxications. The suppressed fields of homeopathy and electroacupuncture demonstrate conclusively efficacy in this regard; yet we see no homeopaths in American hospitals today.

kkk. Supermarkets are even used to peddle vaccines as if medical markets are insufficient. “Safeway” stores seduce shoppers in the US and UK offering 10% discounts to anyone impulsively inoculated. Who saves? The company owner, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts is partnered with several members of Rockefeller’s PNYC trust. Moreover, Safeway’s CEO, Steven H. Burd, is Founder of the Coalition to Advance Healthcare Reform (CAHR), the movement’s most outspoken salesman. Allied members include: Merck & Company, Inc., Glaxo-SmithKlein, Eli Lily and Company, Pfizer Inc., and America’s leading vaccine testing organization Kaiser Permanente.(See: EXHIBIT_22.pdf)

lll. Beyond this gross criminal seduction that neglects natural, alternative and complementary care in “health care reform,” the obvious intent of the Federal Government officials, in partnerships and collaborations with pharmaceutical and media industrialists, to engage in organized crime by conspiring to commit psychological warfare to effect a genocidal vaccination agenda is proven by:

i)Gross chronic criminal irresponsibility for safety testing lasting adequate lengths of time to provide reasonable assurances that new or old vaccines are safe, and will not cause disease or premature death months and years after inoculations.

ii)Reliance of Federal licensing officials on studies and data exclusively provided by drug companies–vaccine makers who have consistently manipulated data for profit.

iii)Gross criminal neglect of readily available, lower-to-no cost, risk reducing/zeroing, highly reliable natural alternatives to risky vaccinations and chemotherapies for the flu (e.g., Tamiflu), such as mega-doses of Vitamins C and D, or the new silver hydrosols (e.g., OxySilver). If health officials were not subject to a drug-cult mentality they would be educating the public appropriately how to avoid or recover most naturally and cost-effectively from the flu.

iv)Gross criminal malfeasance in co-creating persuasive deadly propaganda that generates fears and phobias in people everywhere adding to the psychosocial, economic, and ecological burdens of water polluting and behavior modification from antidepressant drugs’ uses and abuses.

v)Gross criminal failure of Federal officials to establish legitimate vaccine reaction reporting, data collection, injury analysis, and compensation protocols. Today, certifiable reporting of vaccination injuries and illnesses are grossly/criminally neglected, often intentionally hidden; and compensation is non-existent for the vast majority of people injured. For instance, the “Thimerosal VSD Study, Phase I, Update 2/29/00” produced for the CDC, then censored and later altered before publication, gives officials fraudulent information and license to claim mercury in vaccines and recipients is safe at concentrations far exceeding Environmental Protection Agency toxic dose limits. (EXHIBIT_23.pdf)

vi)Deliberate obfuscation of the meanings of the words “vaccination” and “immunization,” the former reflecting an administrative process imposing man-made intoxication, the later a natural defense process that develops following natural exposures to germs.

vii)Gross criminal neglect of common sense and reasoned analysis regarding the epidemiological tracking of the 2009 H1N1 flu outbreak’s origin; purposefully evading substantial evidence that the current pandemic virus appeared suddenly, suspiciously, unnaturally, and immediately following companies in the PNYC trust issuing vaccine sales propaganda.

viii)Gross criminal breach of obtaining adequate informed consent for medical experimentation using inadequately tested vaccines. Obviously, new H1N1 swine flu vaccines containing  “live” “mock” viruses, “fast-tracked” to provide only a few weeks of safety testing are risky. It is scientifically established, widely known, and criminally neglected that autoimmune reactions to vaccinations and even cancers caused by recombination of unstable viruses commonly take place months or even years to develop following vaccinations.

ix)Gross criminal breach of informed consent while “mandating” medical experimentation in recipients of new H1N1 swine flu vaccines containing “live” “mock” viruses that are genetically engineered and expected to recombine with other circulating viruses potentially creating more potent pathogenic strains of flu and more dangerous pandemics.

x)Fraudulent inducements of people of all ages to accept “mandatory” vaccinations for access to schools and workplaces, to avoid fines and quarantines, and/or to avoid persecution by social service agents and agencies involving child custody battles with officials trained and paid to condemn vaccine objectors.

xi)Gross neglect of human rights and US Constitutional freedoms of: religion, the press, and to life, liberty, and personal pursuits because Federal officials overstep their statutory authorities when “mandating” vaccinations, even during declared epidemics.

xii)Official malfeasance and neglect of 4th Amendment rights of people to be secure in their persons and houses, without threat of unwanted invasions of their bodies and properties.

xiii)Official malfeasance and neglect of people’s 5th Amendment rights to secure life, liberty, or personal property, including their body sovereigns, and due process of law;

xiv)Nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Without compensating people for the taking of their natural immunity, and natural immune system function, due to the medical intervention and immunological intoxication called vaccination, this Constitutional right is grossly subverted.

xv) Gross criminal neglect of the US Genocide Accountability Act of 2007, TITLE 18, PART I, CHAPTER 50A, § 1091 wherein “We The People of the United States of America,” by way of forced, fraudulently coerced, or extortionately compelled vaccinations, are:

1)being killed in sufficient numbers to initiate this complaint and charge of genocide;

(2)submitting to serious bodily injury;

(3)being permanently impaired in mental faculties through drugs, including Tamiflu, and by mercury in vaccines linked to neuro-developmental and behavioral disorders in children, and aluminum in vaccines potentially triggering or aggravating Alzheimer’s dementia;

(4)subject to conditions of life under “mandatory” vaccination containing human sterilizers, toxic chemicals, and foreign genetic materials that are intended to cause the physical destruction of fertility and immunity as it these occur naturally in human bodies according to God’s laws; and

(5)subject to common side effects requiring detoxification, natural remediation, or risky medical interventions yielding further intoxications depopulating the group in whole or in part;

(6)imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group as has been documented in Vaccine Wkly (1995 May 29 – Jun 5:9-10) wherein it states, “[T]etanus vaccines laced with hCG have been uncovered in the Philippines and in Nicaragua. In addition to the World Health Organization (WHO), other organizations involved in the development of an anti-fertility vaccine using hCG include the UN Population Fund, the UN Development Programme, the World Bank, the Population Council, the Rockefeller Foundation, the US National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, and Uppsala, Helsinki, and Ohio State universities.” (It should be noted that Barack Obama’s science czar, John Holdren, co-authored the book Ecoscience in 1977 calling for population reduction through the use of sterilizing vaccinations);

(7)transfers by force of children of one social group to another group is prohibited under the anti-genocide act–precisely what happened to my daughter in Hawaii forced to leave High School for failing to become intoxicated by vaccinations and TB tests. This is happening throughout America when unvaccinated children are forced to take the injection or else suffer the stigma of allegedly presenting greater risk to the community of vaccinated children. This policy is psychologically and emotionally abusive; whereas the vaccination alternative is physically intoxicating, generally stressful, and chronically debilitating.

20. In conclusion, compelling evidence in this sworn affidavit including EXHIBITS 1 thru 23 is sufficient to persuade most reasonable people that dangerous conflicts of interest between US Federal health officials and this Rockefeller-established trust are grossly genocidal and frankly criminal. This cartel of drug/media industrialists are killing far more than 1 million Americans annually according to my highly conservative calculations as an expert in this field.

21. For reasons written above, I pray that this honorable Court will carefully examine the evidence exhibited and referenced herein, and rule judiciously by granting an immediate injunction on the FDA’s licensing and health agencies’ administration of the specious swine flu vaccines until this urgent evidencing of genocide and anti-trust violations can be sufficiently studied and due process of law applied.

RELEVANT FEDERAL LAWS BEING BROKEN

Below is a list of statutes that relate to the criminal violations attested to and evidenced above:

Antitrust Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, provides criminal sanctions against any person “who shall make any contract or engage in any conspiracy” in restraint of commerce.  A civil plaintiff must establish that:  (1) two or more entities formed a combination or conspiracy; (2) the combination or conspiracy produces, or potentially produces, an unreasonable restraint of trade or commerce; and (3) the restrained trade or commerce is interstate in nature.  In a criminal antitrust prosecution, the government must also prove that the defendants intended to restrain commerce and acted with knowledge of the probable consequences of their actions.  (e.g., United States v. United States Gypsum Co., 438 U.S. 422, 444 (1978).

Restraint of commerce, vaccine barons suppress publicity for silver hydrosols (e.g., OxySilver), and persecute those who promote natural methods and materials for prevention and cure through the FDA and FCC.

Commerce is defined as:

The exchange of commodities for commodities. Considered in a legal point of view, it consists in the various agreements which have for their object to facilitate the exchange of the products of the earth or industry of man, with an intent to realize a profit.

Commodities is defined as:

Any tangible good or product that is the subject of sale or barter.

The PNYC trust conducts commerce that violates:

(1) the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251-1387, which is designed to control and minimize the effects of water pollution by either prohibiting or regulating the discharge of pollutants into water;

People who consume medications urinate and defecate drugs now causing people to consume unwittingly, and without consent, toxic pharmaceuticals. . . .

(2) Safe Drinking Water Act, 43 U.S.C. §§ 300f et seq., which regulates and controls the discharge of harmful contaminants into public water systems as well as the underground injection of contaminants into groundwater that supplies public water systems;

(3) Toxic Substances Control Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 2601-2692, which imposes criminal sanctions for the knowing violation of the Act which regulates the manufacture, processing distribution or disposal of chemicals that pose an unreasonable risk of injury to the public or environment; and

(4) The False Claims Act of 1863, 18 U.S.C. § 287, provides criminal penalties for the presenting of a false, fictitious or fraudulent claim to a federal agency.  This statute has been liberally construed, enabling the government to use it to prosecute a wide array of offenses, including fraudulent federal tax refunds, Medicare and Medicaid Fraud, Social Security Fraud, government contract irregularities and fraudulent claims for unperformed services under government contracts.

Drug industrialists are routinely making false claims, and advancing false study data, to FDA officials who typically overlook the frauds.

Congressional amendments to the False Claim Act in 1986 blurred the dividing line between criminal actions and civil false claims, by strengthening “qui tam” actions.  As a result, private citizens may recover up to 25% of a government recovery where the government intervenes and up to 30% where the government does not intervene.  Thus, private citizens have a powerful tool and may play an important role in prosecutorial decisions.  31 U.S.C. §§ 3729- 3733.  The Act provides both for treble damages and a civil penalty of $5,000 to $10,000 per false claim.

Federal Conflict Of Interest Statutes

A. 18 U.S.C. § 201 prohibits the bribery of, or the giving of illegal gratuities, to a public official with the intent to influence the official in carrying out an official act.

B. 18 U.S.C. § 203 criminalizes the use of a public office for private gain, whether it be by the officeholder/employee or by an outside individual attempting to influence the governmental official.  The “matters” covered include a “contract, claim, controversy . . . [or] charge.

C. Ethics Reform Acts, flowing from Watergate and other public scandals, have imposed criminal sanctions for numerous other actions by public officials and private citizens making criminal use of a public office for private gain.  See Note, The Congressional Ethics Dilemma:  Constituent Service or Conflict of Interest?, 28 Am. Crim. L. Rev. 343 (1991).

The Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. §§ 301-394, provides for criminal sanctions and forfeiture as part of its scheme to prevent deleterious, adulterated or misbranded articles from entering interstate commerce.  Under this Act, “food” is defined to include “(1) articles used for food or drink for man or other animals, (2) chewing gum, and (3) articles used for components of any such article.”  21 U.S.C. § 321(f).

Health Care Fraud

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, P.L. 104-191, created five new health care fraud crimes and expanded existing money laundering, asset forfeiture and fraud injunction statutes to cover “federal health care offenses.”  These new crimes, which mirror existing white collar offenses such as mail and wire fraud, embezzlement, false statements and obstruction of justice, provide for jail terms of up to 10 years.

B. 18 U.S.C. §982: “The court, in imposing sentence on a person convicted of a Federal health care offense, shall order the person to forfeit property, real or personal, that constitutes or is derived, directly or indirectly, from the gross proceeds traceable to the commission of the offense.”

D. 18 U.S.C. §1347: “Whoever knowingly and willfully executes, or attempts to execute, a scheme or artifice (1) to defraud any health care benefit program; or (2) to obtain, by means of false or fraudulent pretenses . . . any of the money of . . .  any health care benefit program” shall be sentenced up to 10 years in prison and fined up to $250,000.

E. 18 U.S.C. §1518: Obstruction of criminal investigations of health care offenses is punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a fine of as much as $250,000.

F. 18 U.S.C. §1956: Money laundering statutes apply to the “laundering” of funds derived from the proceeds from health care offenses, allowing for prison sentences of up to 20 years and fines up to $500,000 or twice the value of the property involved.

G. 18 U.S.C. §3486: Administrative demands are authorized. The federal False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. § 3729 et seq., and its qui tam or “whistleblower” provisions, which reward private citizens who help the government discover fraudulent claims, are also applicable to health care providers who submit Medicare or other federal funds claims.

Mail And Wire Fraud

The federal mail and wire fraud statutes are the “prosecutor’s darling.”  They criminalize “the full range of consumer frauds, stock frauds, land frauds, bank frauds, insurance frauds, and commodity frauds [as well as] blackmail, counterfeiting, election fraud and bribery.” Rakoff, The Federal Mail Fraud Statute (Part 1), 18 Duq. L. Rev. 771 (1980).  These statutes are  frequently utilized to bring federal prosecutions for what would otherwise be state court offenses.

The Mail Fraud Statute, 18 U.S.C. § 1341, provides criminal sanctions for those who:

1)engage in a scheme or artifice to defraud;

2)with an intent to defraud;

3)using the mails to further the fraudulent scheme.

The Wire Fraud Statute, 18 U.S.C. § 1343, contains nearly identical language as the Mail Fraud Statute and prohibits fraud or wire communications.

Money Laundering

The Money Laundering Control Act of 1986, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956-1957, was enacted to deter organized crime and narcotics traffickers from “money laundering,” defined as the process by which one conceals the existence, illegal source, or illegal application of income, and  disguises that income to make it appear legitimate.

This Act provides criminal sanctions for anyone who conducts a monetary transaction knowing, or with reason to know, that the funds involved were derived from unlawful activity.

While this Act was aimed at “the lifeblood of organized crime,” it has been utilized by prosecutors against numerous corporations and otherwise legitimate businesses because it enables prosecutors to reach proceeds of criminal conduct, such as tax offenses.

Obstruction Of Justice

The Obstruction of Justice and Perjury statutes, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1501 et seq., are popular statutes for federal prosecutors.  These laws, which are designed to protect the integrity of  judicial proceedings — before grand juries, federal agencies and Congress — are often utilized to pursue criminal investigations, with otherwise marginal evidence of substantive offenses, because of (a) concealment, alteration or destruction of documents; or (b) encouraging or rendering of false testimony.

RICO Offenses

Over the past decade, federal prosecutors have turned to the “RICO” (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act of 1970) statute, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968, as a tool in enterprise affecting interstate commerce; (b) acquiring or maintaining through a pattern of racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt an interest in an enterprise affecting interstate commerce; (c) conducting or participating in the conduct of, through a pattern of racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt, the affairs of an enterprise affecting interstate commerce; or (d) conspiring to participate in any of these activities.

Federal prosecutors utilize the RICO statute as a powerful weapon to prosecute offenses such as mail and wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and securities fraud.  Prosecutors also take advantage of the statute’s provisions authorizing courts to enter restraining orders prior to conviction to prevent the transfer of potentially forfeitable property.

While enacted in 1970 as a “frontal attack” on organized crime, prosecutors have taken advantage of the Act’s specific statement that it should be interpreted “liberally . . . to effectuate its remedial purposes” to justify its use in other contexts.

The Act prohibits “any person” from:  (a) using income received from a pattern of racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt to acquire an interest in an enterprise affecting interstate commerce; (b) acquiring or maintaining through a pattern of racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt an interest in an enterprise affecting interstate commerce; (c) conducting or participating in the conduct of, through a pattern of racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt, the affairs of an enterprise affecting interstate commerce; or (d) conspiring to participate in any of these activities.

Russia’s Channel 5 Publishes Opposition to Flu Business

(Originally published in Russian on February 7, 2016)

The flu epidemic is still at its peak, is the flu business. The situation is quite serious. Physicians are asked not to raise panic. But people in most parts of the country are questioning an ever increasing number of flu frights and pharmaceutical controls. There is a lot of talk and confusion about new vaccines, anti-virals, and expected plagues. But official conclusions are questionable, especially since no one really knows when the next outbreak will occur.

This conversation is not idle. The last time such a pandemic went “viral” was seven years ago. But in 2009, Der Spiegel magazine conducted an investigation and concluded that it was not the flu outbreak that drove the panic. Expert witnesses lied, even at the World Health Organization. At the beginning of the epidemic, the “experts” predicted that the virus could kill up to 2 million people. It was on that basis that all governments were forced to stockpile huge inventories of vaccines and antiviral drugs.

But fairly soon, people worldwide recognized the erroneous forecasts. The panic and rumors transferred to and through ordinary people, became the source of political debate. No one denied the flu was risky. But the procurement of drugs increased significantly at everyone’s expense, and were of questionable value.

The drug and vaccine business had gotten out of hand, especially in the eyes of Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz who had conducted his own investigation into the origin of the “Mexican Swine flu.” That was what the H1N1 pandemic was initially called. He concluded the plague reflected ” biological sabotage against humanity.”

Horowitz holds several postdoctoral degrees, including one in “media persuasion and public health” from Harvard University. He concluded that, “by the time the swine flu fright wained in the U.S. the morbidity and mortality was not significantly increased from a typical flu season in which approximately 18,000 people die. Officials and the ‘pharma-media’ began to inflate the plague most dramatically. And they hid the fact that most of those killed were drug addicts or people with compromised immune systems most often caused by side effects from taking drugs and vaccines. “

But panic fueled pharmaceutical industry profits. Spreading fears benefited “Big Pharma, Big Biotech, and Big Money,” Dr. Horowitz added. The flu fright become a cover for big business and a propaganda agenda.

And now a new flu outbreak is at hand. Have you not considered that this plague was provoked for the sake of someone else’s benefit?

Most people in Russia do not trust Western conspiracy theories. We live by different rules and fortunately other laws.

So our special correspondent, Konstantin Rozhkov, felt compelled to do his own investigation after witnessing Russian pharmacies under siege. People stormed the counters in search of any means to combat colds and flu.

Rozhkov’s Report

Sergey, a pharmacy visitor said: “I could not buy a mask. There are 50 pieces in each package. I do not need so many! ” Correspondent Rozhkov appraised the evidence big business. “Yes, 400 or something rubles,” Sergey said, is far more than he desired to spend for a single mask.

By the end of Rizhkov’s week-long investigation, the situation on the drug front, more or less, leveled off. Here and there expensive imported drugs suddenly appeared that doctors usually recommended for the flu.  The correspondent became repulsed. “It’s time to exhale and count the profits,” he wrote.

Marina Germanova, who ran one pharmacy said, “Revenue, of course, is increased when more people [are frightened], and demand more meds. Then revenue increases. This is, well . . . a trade secret.”

December, January and February for pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies is the same as in June, July, August for travel agencies. For 3 months, you can earn as much as for the whole rest of the year, Germanova informed Rizhkov.

Alexander Myasnikov, chief physician of the City Clinical Hospital №71, explained that “any virus, not just influenza or acute respiratory disease,” is a boon to pharmaceutical company profits.” Their profit is like a “pure gold cast monument the size of a 10-story building.” The companies are enriched “out of all proportion.”

Escalating prices on everything drugstores sell to combat colds and flus at the time of a panic is, of course, unethical. People have no legitimate right to do this, and in Russia, this problem still exists despite governmental regulations.

In Russia, there is a constantly updated list of so-called “essential drugs” containing a little more than 600 products. The size of margins on them are strictly regulated by the state.

But this is only 40% of what is on the shelves. Everything else can be priced as much as the director wants at any particular pharmacy or pharmacy network. This includes all kinds of cough syrups, antipyretic drugs, candy for a sore throats, and more without which you certainly will not die. But these items can still help alleviate the condition and symptoms of illness.

One pharmaceutical science investigator, David Melik-Guseinov, said, “Those drugs, whose prices are not regulated by the state, we are now able to get online. We look for these drugs during epidemics, and notice that the prices grow at times.”

Correspondent Rozhkov went to the site to search for drugs in pharmacies of St. Petersburg. “Everything is just like that,” he wrote. “The price range of, say, the same throat lozenges in the epidemic period increased significantly. At one point, for example, packaging costs before the announced flu was 180 rubles. Then after the panic, and in another store, the price had  already reached 368 rubles!  The difference is more than 2 times. Why is that?”

One pharmacist responded behind his counter, just shrugging his shoulders. He called his network director to ask her directly. “This margin corresponds to the law,” the director of the pharmacy network defended.

“The margin of 100% corresponds to the law?” Rozhkov returned.

“It [the margin] can be arbitrary. At least 1000%! We are not breaking the law,” the official added.

And she was right, because the drug was not included in the government’s list of products.

In general, consumers might want to say “thank you” for charging only 360 rubles per pack, rather than 3,500 that could be legally charged, Rozhkov wrote facetiously questionning.”Is that a good faith justifiable margin?”

“Well, what do you think? We still need to profit!” the director defended.

Flu Business Profit

But such big profits at the time of any given epidemic does not seem fair or ethical. Due to the panic, people rush to empty all store shelves marked “effectively helps with colds and flu.” As a result, the drug store business over the past few decades has evolved from a reasonable income-generating enterprise to extremely profitable.

On profitability, this fear-driven busines is far ahead of even oil production. Here are the figures for 2013 when the price of a barrel of oil had not yet collapsed. Even at 1 dollar invested in the production of liquid “black gold,” the average return on investment was 1 dollar and 24 cents. Those who put this dollar in a cold tablet earned one and a half that amount of net profit.

Yevgeny Komarovsky, a pediatrician, said, “Our patients bring to our clinic a gold tablet that they were willing to pay for. That product is one of many that the pharmaceutical industry is going to invent to help them with their huge selection of drugs, allegedly capable of killing the virus.”

Here is another simple example. In our pharmacies that sell homeopathic remedies against flus and SARS, the main active ingredient in one product is the “offal of ducks”! In scientific circles it is, to put it mildly, puzzling. How can you treat virus particles with any amount of poultry liver? It sounds absurd.

However, this so-called “medicine” quite successfully sells in virtually every Russian pharmacy. A single liver can produce 2 million doses we are told. The package, which costs an average of 700 rubles includes 12 doses. That is, buying only 1 bird, a company can make 116 million rubles.

All you need is a competent advertising campaign and the army lured buyers.

One woman [whose face Channel 5 could not reveal], used to work in one of the large companies engaged in the production and sale of drugs. She knows all the business, from the inside. According to her, the overwhelming majority of pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies operating worldwide engage in a form of bribery, by private commercial contracts. The former drug company employee confessed, “The contracts with product suppliers that reach the market provide calculations of stock ranges and little-known financial agreements. If you can not pay for your contract, your promoted products never become available in stores. “

Pharmaceutical companies pay pharmacies to display, shelve, and advertise medications. These are the most prominent ones in the stores, also most often recommended by pharmacists behind the counter.

Given this knowledge, it does not matter if the liver of a duck is real, or simply an imaginary effective means to kill a cold or flu. We come to the pharmacy as unwary customers, and are sold cough syrups and other medicines worth, say, 600 rubles per pack. And we probably still got off lightly, since the store could have charged us much more!

Complaining of a cold, Rozhkov asked another pharmacist, “Is there anything you would advise?”

“I would take this one,” the drug counselor replied, pointing to another product.

“Why this one?” Rozhkov asked.

“Well, it’s more a … stronger ….” the druggist professed.

Objecting to the 600 rubles price of the “stronger” offering, Rozhkov was offered another medicine for 300 rubles. “However, it is not as effective,” said the seller in a white coat.

Another former employee of a pharmaceutical company explained that this behavior is common.  The most “expensive medication is recommended most often. . . . It is the system. “

Secret Contracts

Returning to the secret presence of closed door contracts with pharmaceutical companies that are not against the law, Rozhkov asked another drugstore chief if there was an agreement between any pharmaceutical company and her particular store to stimulate sales. Marina Germanova, the head of the pharmacy, replied. “No, no … no Agreements.”

This industry-wide concealment results in a very ugly picture. Pharmacies are complicit with pharmaceutical companies in imposing certain medications, often at inflated prices earning not less than oil.

Alexander Myasnikov, chief physician of the City Clinical Hospital №71, complained about the outrageous flu business. “People are sick and dying of hypertension that is grossly neglected. Diabetes problems are likewise overshadowed by flu frights. Colds and flus. That’s all that makes news! “

No other diseases in the world have as many medicines as colds and flus. While most of this or that will not save anyone, the flu business doesn’t care. Drugstores still sell over-the-counter pills and elixirs even when in more severe outbreaks are headlined, such as with SARS and the swine flu. Is that complacency, consumer fraud, or simply the flu business as usual?

Yevgeny Komarovsky, a pediatrician, complained, “If the disease disappears in 99% percent of the cases in 5-7 days without taking any medicines, that’s how you can prove that you recovered naturally, because you were supposed to.” The effectiveness of drugs, or alternatively natural remedies, can be proved only through full clinical trials. . . . Take 2 groups of sick people. First, treat one group with conventional, or proven means. Then treat a second group adding the drug, test product, and a “dummy” (or placebo). Then look who went quickly on the mend.

Such research, which can reveal the real effectiveness of a drug is carried out, for example, at the St. Petersburg Institute of Influenza. But as we are told, not all manufacturers of antiviral pills perform adequate testing.

Vladimir Notch, Head of a laboratory studying the molecular basis of chemotherapy against viral infections at the Influenza Research Institute, complained, “Why anyone who sells a drug at the pharmacy does not carry out such a study, is beyond me, because there is a risk in selling that drug and making a profit. Studies can prove that certain drugs have no effect. ” Yet they may pose risks.

Russian state monitors only work to assure that drugs in pharmacies are harmless. So whether drugs help or not, it is on the conscience of manufacturers.

Dr. Notch reported studying a dozen sites and antivirals presented in local pharmacies. Some showed the results of clinical trials, and others wrote not a word.

The idea on which the offices of the largest pharmaceutical companies may come to dread is that in most cases the common cold will never heal by costly drugs. The best results are achieved by simply gargling, washing hands and noses, getting plenty of bed rest, maintaining body fluid and electrolytes, and rehydrating the sick.

Maybe the flu business was foolishly invented, and we are all fools for buying into it, as our experts seem to claim. Are there cranks in medicine? Even the official website of the World Health Organization seems to say so in their influenza “Recommendations” section.

Quoting from the WHO website: “Worldwide, most patients infected with the pandemic virus continue to experience typical influenza symptoms and fully recover within a week, even without any medical treatment. Healthy patients with the disease, uncomplicated, do not need to be treated with antivirals.”

It is terrible to imagine what will happen to pharmaceutical industry officials if this “secret” is widely told. Useless product sales will fall sharply. In winter, people will no longer bloat pharmacies, and save on medications for colds and flus that they don’t need. Like a hundred years ago, smart consumers will effectively treat themselves with hot tea, with lemon with honey.

World Leading Vaccine Industry Whistleblower Says Nasal Sprays Responsible For Spreading H1N1 and a New Lingering Sickness Called the Drugstore Flu

Honolulu, HI (Feb 6, 2014)–A world leading vaccine industry whistle-blower says this year’s longer-lasting more-exhausting flu, striking one-out-of-five Americans so far this season, sourced from “live” viruses spread through supermarkets and drugstore pharmacies. Health officials purposely concealed evidence that the “Drugstore Flu,” generated from laboratory mutations of the feared H1N1  “swine flu” of 2009, passed through nasal sprays causing sneezing and widespread transmission, sourcing the new sickness and many deaths.

Dr. Leonard Horowitz, a Harvard-trained public health expert and internationally renowned pharmaceutical industry  intelligence analyst discovered the U.S. Government documents evidencing scientific fraud, criminal negligence, and lacking common sense, while suffering himself with this new flu. Official reports indicate the longer-lasting more-exhausting “Drugstore Flu” sources from “live” vaccines that contain viruses weakened for ferrets, but not necessarily humans. The doctor condemns special interests that control Wall Street and the media for defrauding people into accepting increased risks posed by obviously shoddy science and bribed officials.

The award-winning author of Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola–Nature, Accident or Intentional?, widely criticized by officials for increasing public awareness of vaccination risks nearly twenty years ago, began researching Centers for Disease Control (CDC) records after he and his colleagues got sick.

“I never get sick, and I never get vaccinated,” Dr. Horowitz explained. “But three weeks ago my usually reliable methods of prevention and self-care for the flu didn’t work as well as usual. I developed a low grade fever, a little runny nose, an annoying lingering cough, accompanied by the worst sign of this new flu–extreme tiredness lasting beyond anything I’ve seen in myself or even my patients for more than a quarter century. That caused me to research the current CDC reports online.”

The doctor, who has questioned the “vaccine paradigm” since losing his mother to Guillaine-Barre syndrome resulting from one of the first swine flu vaccines, discovered startling evidence while reviewing CDC reports. Disease surveillance centers nationally reported evidence, and neglected evidence, that would cause any reasonable person to consider supermarkets and drugstore chains administering “live” H1N1 mutants as the source of the “Drugstore Flu.”

Specifically, the administration of vaccinations by nasal sprays, such as FluMist, is the likeliest cause of the more damaging flu spreading this year, Dr. Horowitz concludes.

Evidence Tampering by Neglected Sampling by Government Officials

If you’ve been sick, and overly tired more than usual after getting the flu this year,”special interests” in drug sales are mostly to blame, according to the following evidence compiled by Horowitz.

His controversial opinion is based on the data published by the CDC reprinted here showing a substantial increase of flu victims this year in roughly the same age groups as the 2009 H1N1 “swine flu pandemic.” That “outbreak” was purportedly caused naturally, according to authorities who diplomatically neglect laboratory outbreaks, or worse, intentional releases by drug-makers abusing retail stores to spread profitable illness. The 2009 outbreak began, supposedly, with a single case in southern California that was falsely reported by the media to have come from Mexico.

The data for hospitalized middle age Americans, summarized above in purple and pink, shows very similar spreads in 2009 and 2014. How come? the doctor questioned. Why does the data show 18-to-64 year-olds in 2009 and 2014 similarly stricken, with unusually high  hospitalization rates for that age range, but slightly more elderly and less young adults in 2014 than 2009?

During “normal” flu seasons, Dr. Horowitz reasoned, the elderly usually lead hospitalizations, morbidity, and mortality rates. Infants with weakened immune systems are similarly at higher risk–a fact that Dr. Horowitz attributes to giving hepatitis B vaccines to infants before their tiny weak immune systems are strong enough to tolerate “the three injection assault.” Young adults typically neglect propaganda appeals to get vaccinated, and don’t have the money to afford them, but not so for the elderly that in 2014 show nearly three times the number of hospitalizations from H1N1 than in 2009, when the disease first appeared to spread generally through the air and social contacts.

So the award winning scholar took a closer look at the data, and was shocked by what officials had reported. An astonishing 99.9 percent of nearly a thousand flu viruses collected by U.S. laboratories since October 1, 2013, were found to be the precise strain of H1N1 being sprayed up people’s noses, or injected into customers bloodstreams at places like COSTCO, SafeWay, CVS, Walgreens, and Longs Drugs!

This “criminally neglected data” would cause any reasonably intelligent person, especially government researchers and healthcare professionals trained in medicine and epidemiology, to question administering the genetically modified H1N1, especially in nasal sprays in stores with conflicting interests where people sneeze, get sick, and buy more drugs.

America’s leading drugstore chains sell profitable cold and flu remedies, and costly antimicrobial prescriptions–a fact that, coupled with the government’s data, strongly suggests complicity in organized crime involving drug-makers, prescription-pushers, and federal regulators.

Confirming the doctors worst suspicions, the following pull quote is from the CDC’s current report online (for February, 2014; with emphasis added):

“CDC has antigenically characterized 978 influenza viruses [890 2009 H1N1 viruses, 72 influenza A (H3N2) viruses, and 16 influenza B viruses] collected by U.S. laboratories since October 1, 2013. . . 889 (99.9%) of 890 2009 H1N1 viruses tested were characterized as A/California/7/2009-like, the influenza A (H1N1) component of the 2013-2014 Northern Hemisphere influenza vaccine. One (0.1%) virus showed reduced titers with antiserum produced against A/California/7/2009.”

In other words, only one virus was defeated by the vaccine, whereas 99.9% of the circulating flu germs were not beaten by the vaccine at all, because the “immunization” delivered and spread the same virus causing this year’s deadliest flu.

Flu Season for Scientific Fraud and Official Malfeasance

The last sentence (in the pull quote above) is a stunning admission, inconceivably missed by health officials and science writers in “free press.” Government agencies overseeing vaccine safety committees overlooked the CDC’s findings too, that only “One (0.1%) virus showed reduced titers with antiserum produced against A/California/7/2009.”

This literally means that less than one percent of nearly 2,000 virus samples tested showed any reduction from the vaccines being given.

Thus, the benefit of this year’s heavily touted “flu vaccine” was not only ridiculously remote, but worse, the vaccines being promoted by the chain stores are actually spreading the disease, instead of preventing it!

The graph to the right, and the one below, actually proves this fact, as well as an apparent concealment of evidence. The above chart shows this year’s flu to be worse than the original 2009 H1N1 “swine flu pandemic” considering deaths attributed to the infection apparently sourcing from the vaccinations. This only makes sense because, according to Dr. Horowitz’s theory of store spread virus, the original H1N1 from 2009 was genetically altered in labs, adding additional deadly sequences from other known flu vectors, resulting in stronger, more infectious agents, not weaker “attenuated live viruses” as claimed by drug makers.

“Populations typically get stronger and more resistant to infectious diseases following exposures, not weaker as the government’s current data shows; attributing 99.9 percent of hospitalized flu victims to H1N1 mutants that were precisely prepared for commercial delivery, causing increased mortality,” Dr. Horowitz said.

More simply stated, CDC officials, no dummies, purposely neglected the evidence they published and the most obvious and reasonable conclusion–the defrauded public is being increasingly killed by today’s flu vaccines.

More Evidence of a “Cover-up.”

The government chart shown here, courtesy of the joint CDC and World Health Organization (WHO) flu surveillance project,  shows nearly 40% of tests were willfully neglected, obviously skewing the results, concealing the H1N1 vaccination/ hospitalization association.

39.8% of the viruses isolated from 759 hospital patients were not tested thoroughly enough to identify its subtype found in the vaccine.

“Surely the CDC and WHO had enough money to run 759 tests,” Dr. Horowitz chided. “This flu business is, after all, a matter of U.S. National Security.”

Dr. Horowitz balked at health experts’ neglect of testing all their samples for H1N1 subtypes that might have made it obvious the drug industry was responsible for this year’s “Drugstore Flu.”

The government’s official table above corroborates Horowitz’s conclusions, since the 2009 H1N1 Influenza A subtype spread by the vaccine was nearly the only virus appearing in hospitalized flu patients this year!

“Are we to believe H1N1 circulating ‘normally,’ naturally, environmentally, is the only flu virus circulating?” Horowitz asked rhetorically. “Impossible! So what the CDC is reporting can only be considered a cover-up of the clear-and-convincing evidence of consumer fraud and organized crime resulting in people dying.”

The doctor’s concerns and conclusions are most reasonable.

Prior to 2009’s sudden emergence of the H1N1 “swine flu” (that Dr. Horowitz was the first doctor internationally to diagnose as a “false flag” pandemic–a drug industry media propaganda campaign), there were many other respiratory viruses blamed for the flu. More than Influenza A and B, there was “SARS” and “bovine corona viruses,” the latter responsible for nearly fifteen (15) percent of colds and flus, traditionally.

Now, suddenly, the CDC’s hospital surveillance data shows the nearly complete disappearance of every flu virus in North America, except the 2009 H1N1!

And given this preponderance of H1N1 circulating, the risk that the “Drugstore Flu” will recombine with the dreaded H5N1 “bird flu” to fulfill officials’ worst predictions is now more threatening than ever.

The orange you see in the chart above represents all 2009 H1N1 Influenza A subtypes. The yellow represents the number of samples not tested.

“Why were these samples not tested?” Kane asked.

“Because the large sample of untested viruses maintains an ‘unknown’ that obfuscates the exclusive cause of the ‘Drugstore Flu’ being laboratory alterations of H1N1; hiding the crime and probable cause for arresting CDC officials for complicity in second degree murder and commercial bioterrorism,” Dr. Horowitz replied.

Money is not the only factor to be considered here, Dr. Horowitz counseled. “Another neglected factor is ‘academic tracking’ and brainwashing that goes on in our ‘institutions of higher learning’ and inner circles of science poisoned by special interests.”

In 2002 and 2009, following Dr. Horowitz’s research revealing the scientific fraud and media propaganda underlying the initial outbreaks of SARS and H1N1 respiratory “pandemics,” investigative journalist Sherri Kane, previously with FOX News in Los Angeles, reported on government and drug industry ties to media moguls and Wall Street bankers. She learned that the owners of News Corp., Rupert and James Murdock, were intimately involved as officials or investors in many of the largest drug companies, including those making H1N1 vaccines.

“The first swine flu vaccine trials on children and pregnant women were tainted by special interests, as they were conducted at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, under Murdoch family control,”  Kane said. “Another H1N1 vaccine maker, CSL Labs, has also been heavily influenced by Murdoch and Merck investments.”

Kane also disclosed that Reuters New Service’s previous director, Thomas Glocer, doubled as a Merck drug company official, while associating with Rupert Murdoch through the organization Murdoch co-chaired–the world’s wealthiest biotechnology trust, the Partnership for New York City (PFNYC), with Lloyd Blankfein, Chairman of Goldman Sachs, as the other co-chair.

FluMist, Kane reported, evolved from a merger made by Blankfein between AstraZeneca and  MedImmune–the spray’s manufacturer. These associations generate conflicting interests, as Blankfein, largely responsible for America’s housing market collapse, is a major shareholder in the media giant ABC/Disney.

Kane’s compelling findings led to a series of articles exposing the little-known Partnership for New York City (PFNYC), and Horowitz’s award-winning documentary, PHARMAWHORES–the SHOWTIME Sting of Penn & Teller.

The PFNYC, Kane and Horowitz reported, maintained members directing “Obamacare,” supermarkets, drugstore chains, and major news outlets throughout the Western World.

“The media’s bias, from financial interests, caused me to distrust vaccines and drugstores delivering them,” Kane said, after leaving Murdoch’s FOX News. . . .

Accordingly, many experts analyzing newly emerging evidence disclosing vaccine toxicity risks, condemn the AAP and CDC organizations for being nothing more than a drug cartel-allied “front,” funded to influence the minds of medical doctors and the trusting public.

THE FDA – FASCIST DRUG ADDICTS

Here’s how award-winning author and film maker, Dr. Leonard Horowitz, is working with FDA officials to expose corruption and help reform an agency linked to the worst public health and environmental catastrophes in American history–the vaccine-induced cancer and autism pandemics, and the Gulf Oil crisis–profiting the same companies and investors on Wall Street.

You would never believe Goldman Sachs retirees exclusively direct the Federal Reserve Bank and US Treasury Department, but they have for decades.

It turns out that multi-million-dollar heiress, Dr. Hamburg, married to leading hedge fund executive and “artificial intelligence” investor, Peter Fitzhugh Brown, fast-tracks FDA approvals of drugs and vaccines profiting her and her husbands partners at the expense of We The People, especially our children.

A Bit of Medical History Between 1989 and 1993, I worked as the Chief Professional Advisor for Henry Schein, Inc.–a company in New York. I developed SPARC–the Schein Professional Advisory Research Council–for this company, the largest dental and medical catalog supply company in the world; and I trained tens of thousands of professionals at conferences on behalf of corporate sales when AIDS became a lucrative (infection control) concern in hospitals and doctors’ offices. So I am very familiar with what goes on behind closed doors at that company, and during private industry meetings attended by manufacturers and marketers invested in putting profits before people.

Wikipedia, gaining notoriety as a CIA counter-intelligence front, and, therefore, not surprisingly, pulled all mention of Brown’s financial ties to James Harris’s Renaissance Technologies, and Brown’s $15 billion Medallion Fund directorship when the Hamburg nomination was announced, according to irate reporters.

Shockingly, “Jim” Harris’s family charity, partly financed by Brown’s extraordinarily high earnings, is the largest private investor in the field of autism research on the one hand, and on the other, a leading genetic, biochemical, pharmaceutical (i.e.g, gentopharmaceutical) investor in the vaccine companies neglecting vaccine-mercury’s links to autism.

It is, therefore, most ironic and telling, that as the beneficiaries of Dr. Hamburg’s pro-BigPharma administration intoxicate our children’s brains, enterprising on autism, mostly due to heavy metal mercury poisoning from vaccines, (CLICK HERE for website containing the Thimerosal VSD Study: Phase I, censored government report.) her husband advances “artificial intelligence” to replace our human capabilities.

That is what the FDA certifies as legitimate, with deadly vaccines and drugs certified as “safe and effective.”

FDA’s Public Intoxication Depopulation Policy

Outrageous as this matter is, Commissioner Hamburg was referenced recently by the Wall Street Journal, owned by Rupert Murdoch–David Rockefeller’s Co-Chairman in the infamous Partnership for New York City–as having met with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation “philanthropists” discussing tuberculosis, and their desire to advance new multi-chemical-combinations to be “fast-tracked” by the FDA.

The Wall Street Journal article stated that Gates reps met with Merck & Co., AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKlein, and Pfizer officials to advance this plan for extending TB treatments and pharmaceutical profits.

The article did not mention AstraZeneca (AZ) is largely controlled by Goldman Sach’s CEO and AZ/MedImmune FluMist vaccine major shareholder, Lloyd Blankfein; nor that Lloyd Blankfein is David Rockefeller’s and Rupert Murdoch’s Co-Chairman directing the PFNYC–a major biotech consortium and drug trust. Gates recently testified that his “love” for vaccines stems from public health projections that vaccinations will reduce populations by 10-15%–a hard pill to swallow for people, fooled by public health/vaccine industry propaganda, who believe vaccines help save people from premature death.  (View segment in PHARMAWHORES, or by CLICKING HERE.

Funding and fast-tracking multi-chemical cocktails to fight tuberculosis is a downright fraud for at least two reasons:

FDA Commissioner Hamburg’s Negligence and Malfeasance:

Each of the aforementioned entities were founded and/or funded by the Rockefeller Brothers and their Rockefeller Foundation. This cohort is clearly implicated in loosing HTLV-III/HIV/AIDS, or increasing rates of AIDS-related TB sourcing from NYC; stemming from contaminated vaccines, blood supplies, and blood products certified safe and effective by the FDA, including Merck & Co.’s 1970-1974 Hep B vaccines prepared in chimpanzees (obviously related genetically to the origin of HIV/AIDS from SIVcpz), and the Bayer and Baxter companies’ contaminated blood products–heparin and clotting factor VIII, also certified safe and effective by the FDA, yet responsible for spreading HIV/AIDS, TB and much more. . . .

Federal Drug Addicts

The word addiction is defined as “compulsive need for and use of a habit-forming substance characterized by tolerance, and [or] . . . persistent compulsive use of a substance known by the user to be harmful.” Thus, in a broad sense, given FDA officials’ compulsion to certify drugs, known to be harmful, as safe and effective, drugs for virtually every illness, one must conclude FDA officials are sociopathic “drug addicts,” alternatively called “PharmaWhores.”

This  includes Lloyd Blankfein of Goldman Sachs (a major shareholder in AstraZeneca, implicated in both the H1N1 Flu Mist scandal and pandemic fraud, as well as the Halliburton explosion of the BP oil rig in the Gulf.) By policing people like me for making honest claims based on published peer-reviewed science, the FDA appears far more legitimate than it really is.

Once they claim, in a WARNING LETTER, that your product is a “drug” due to a legitimate health claim made in advertising, then the criminal branch of the “Fraudulent Deranged Aggressors” pressure We The People to comply or be fined or jailed. Their extortions exclusively benefit BigPharma, and justify their allopathic-sociopathic existence. They are literally getting away with mass murder and omnicide, polluting our planet and poisoning virtually all life forms.

This section states: “(g)(1) The term “drug” means (A) articles recognized in the official United States Pharmacopoeia, official Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, or official National Formulary, or any supplement to any of them;

and (B) articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in man or other animals; and (C) articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals; and (D) articles intended for use as a component of any article specified in clause (A), (B), or (C). A food or dietary supplement for which a claim, subject to sections 403(r)(1)(B) and 403(r)(3) or sections 403(r)(1)(B) and 403(r)(5)(D), is made in accordance with the requirements of section 403(r) is not a drug solely because the label or the labeling contains such a claim. A food, dietary ingredient, or dietary supplement for which a truthful

and not misleading statement is made in accordance with section 403(r)(6) is not a drug under clause (C) solely because the label or the labeling contains such a statement, and . . .”

Thus, kindly relay written evidence that any of our websites or products cited in your “Warning Letter,” are “recognized in the official United States Pharmacopoeia, official Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, or official National Formulary, or any supplement to any of them,” because my search has not found any.

Regarding the other concerns you raise in this “Warning Letter,” the legal interpretation of the word “and” in the aforementioned law, as per legal dictionaries means: “additionally” or “in addition to,” “together with,” or “along with;” not meaning, or misconstruing “and” to mean “or,” used to indicate an alternative, in this case the clauses (B), (C), and (D) referenced in 201(g)(1) [21 U.S.C. 321(g)(1)].

So as I always do my best to comply with laws governing commerce and proper labeling of products, I request from your legal department, or attorneys general handling such requests, a written statement specifically citing any law that requires any action by myself, or your department, neglecting clause (A); selectively requiring clauses (B), (C) and/or (D) as exclusively requiring compliance.

Then, I replied to Director Breen through Compliance Officer Althar, as follows:

I am responding in good faith, and goodwill, in a timely fashion, with intent to comply with regulatory laws as written, and to Charles Breen’s letter of May 27, 2010, (received June 3, 2010) that responds to my question regarding 201(g)(1)(A)’s precise language pertaining to the use of the conjunctive “. . . ; and . . .”

Director Breen wrote on May 27, 2010, that “the plain meaning of the statute is that the product is a “drug” under the Act if it meets any one of those four subclauses.” Yet he neglected to respond to my request for anything in writing, from an attorney general preferably, that would provide tangible written evidence that the U.S. Congress had intended the broad interpretation of this conjunction, as the FDA, and your office, is currently demanding.

Director Breen’s letter also threatens my person and property with, “enforcement action without further notice,” if I do not respond to your office “within fifteen (15) working days of the receipt of the Warning Letter.” Thus, this response is timely; and designed to prevent armed FDA agents, and complicit law enforcement officials, from invading my office (as has been done in the past to some of my colleagues), confiscating property, products, computers and records, etc., and initiating lengthy and costly criminal proceedings.

Thus, I take this matter very seriously, as do you, and I expect that you will, likewise, comply with the reasonable respectable requests that I make to serve this lawful process.

Compliance Plan and Need for Further Discovery

As I intend to fully comply with the law, my compliance PLAN of action includes the following:

1)   Review and determination of statutory requirements necessary to confirm violations of law, false claims, or improper labeling; followed by

2)   Rewording, relabeling, and/or clarifying text contained on websites and advertisements in violation of laws, improper label text, or false or misleading claims; or

3)   Requesting and receiving from the FDA appropriate disclaimers for each qualified claim necessary, identified, and legitimized by published science; followed by

4)   Posting FDA official disclaimers where warranted to remedy grievance(s).

To begin this process as detailed above, as previously written (May 17, 2010), I need to confirm any of our advertisements violate 201(g)(1) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) [21 U.S.C. $321(g)(1)], because the words “and” and “or” have two distinct meanings in common usage and law; and the word “and” is used between (g)(1)(A) and (B) of this statute, thus exempting products advertised that are not cited in “articles recognized in the official United States Pharmacopoeia, official Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, or official National Formulary, or any supplement to any of them; . . .”

As a compliance officer for the FDA, you should have available to you some writing that legitimizes the meaning Director Breen has provided me; otherwise, a legal review of US Congressional hearings and records on this matter is in order at this time in which I, and the FDA, is under increasing scrutiny. You and I are both aware that the FDA risks civil and criminal complaints for overstepping its authority, as published in the May 7, 2010, issue of FDA News (Vol. 7: No. 90).

Thus, I consulted a couple of licensed attorneys in an effort to gain more clarity and certainty in this matter. I also reviewed law reviews pertaining to the legitimate interpretation of the use of the word “and,” and adjacent semicolon “;” punctuation, coupled with the conjunctive.

The attorneys have advised me that they are aware that the FDA routinely assumes Director Breen’s position, yet they were unsure this assumption is a valid interpretation of the intention of Congress in enacting this law; and I have been advised that the interpretation, and pending enforcement action(s), may be unlawful under US Constitutional, First Amendment rights.

Now there is nothing unlawful about our activity, or misleading about the advertisements that you claim makes our products “drugs.” Some of our products may be insufficiently labeled, and I seek to remedy this possible deficiency during the course of these compliance proceedings.

I also found the following confirmation pertaining to the substantive material use of this “; and” conjunction (in the 201g(1) regulation) that appears to contradict Director Breen’s assumption. This is from: A Law Dictionary, Adapted to the Constitution and Laws of the United States. By John Bouvier. Published 1856, Vide Toull. liv. 3, t. 2, c. 5, n. 430; 4 T. R. 65; Barringt. on the Stat. 394, n. Vide article Points, regarding the semi-colon punctuation’s use in legal instruments:

“All such instruments are to be construed without any regard to the punctuation; and in a case of doubt, they ought to be construed in such a manner that they may have some effect, rather than in one in which they would be nugatory.”

Thus, I must insist on a written clarification, by your attorneys general. They should provide me, in writing in a timely fashion, how and why the FDA chooses, at this time, in my case, to directly disregard the meaning, and intended meaning, of the word “and.”

Otherwise, I must assume by Director Breen’s threatening letter, and disregard to this, my kindly second, request for material evidence supportive to the FDA claims against me, that you are administering a hostile un-American action on behalf of a fascist pro-pharmaceutical regime, applying harassment, and unwarranted aggression against me, damaging to my person, properties, and business interests; all consistent with organized crime and pharmaceutical racketeering.

Implementing Compliance Plan, Step 1: Ombudsman’s Clarification

Regarding Step 1 of my compliance program, if you are unable to provide me with an official Congressional, or Agency writing authorizing the FDA’s broad interpretation of this “; and” conjuction, and based on this, your agency insists that I come into compliance with a law that I may not have broken, or does not apply to my circumstance, then I demand a legal review of this matter from the FDA’s Ombudsman’s office as the next step.

Thus, please pass this request for the Ombudsman’s review of the US Congress’s intent in the wording of 201(g)(1)(A) that includes the precise reason any reasonable person would interpret the word “and” to mean “or,” and why the FDA is not overstepping its authority in assuming the assumption Dir. Breen provided is reasonable and constitutionally valid.

Implementing Step 2

Assuming you are positioned to advance an armed attack against my person and premises, and that you intend to do so promptly, as Director Breen has threatened, then under protest, with this NOTICE becoming part of my legal record, I propose to administer in the next 30-days:

a) Censoring every word that you, or your FDA officers, have found objectionable using the following phrase, “FDA Censored Word*.” I propose replacing words in our advertisements and website text pertaining to “articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in man” with “FDA Censored Word*.”  The asterisk would indicate reference to a footnote to include either: 1) the set of censored words that the FDA finds objectionable, with an explanation why the FDA finds these words objectionable, pertaining to its policy (allegedly intended) to protect consumers and the public’s health; or 2) a simple statement pertaining to the FDA’s policy, written by you or another FDA official, stating why it has censored certain words and statements, and/or finds them objectionable.

b) Adding the following NOTICE, and official company disclaimer, to every page of our websites containing text the FDA finds objectionable. The following notice uses OxySilver as an example, but can be easily modified for other products referenced in Director Breen’s Warning Letter of  May 11, 2010:

WARNING: DO NOT BUY OXYSILVER, the first and only silver hydrosol exclusively pioneering hydrosonically-charged covalently-bonded oxysilver molecules energetically delivering optimal purgative and restorative value, if you give credence to the Food and Drug Administration that objects to us informing you about the potentially miraculous benefits that may result from taking OXYSILVER™ as recommended. This notice and disclaimer regards recently passed FDA regulations, section 201(g)(1)(B) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the dangerous deceptive Act itself [21 U.S.C. § 321(g)(1)(B) defining a “drug” as ANYTHING said, written, or claimed to “cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent” any disease, ailment, or illness. Sunlight is a “drug” under these laws for curing infantile jaundice as per claims written in medical textbooks. BE FULLY INFORMED AND WARNED: OXYSILVER™ is not a drug, regardless of what the FDA and these laws say; as clearly the word “DRUG,” like the word “immunization,” has been redefined in an organized criminal conspiracy to enable the pharmaceutical industry to control natural healing methods, materials, their manufacturers, distributors, and consumers; “DRUG” is hereby responsibly decreed to mean, “Degenerate Regulators Undermining Go(o)d” as evidenced by the FDA’s violation of Federal RICO laws section 901(a) of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub.L. 91-452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted 1970-10-15), and Chapter 96 of Title 18 of the United States Code, 18 U.S.C. § 1961–1968, as well as the documented despicable effect of FDA-approved drugs—the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in the United States according to published medical statistics. Notice is hereby given: Any reference to OXYSILVER™, curing, mitigating, treating, or preventing any disease shall be construed as legal and lawful notice of qualified claims made properly substantiated by solid scientific evidence.

Implementing Step 3

I am aware that your authority requires you, in service to the American people and your commission, to supply me with appropriate disclaimers for posting where necessary, as per a US District Court For The District of Columbia decision (May 27, 2010; Alliance for Natural Health US, et al., v Kathleen Sebelius, et al; Civ. No. 09-01470 (ESH)) wherein the Court remanded to the FDA proposed claims “for the purpose of 1) drafting one or more disclaimers to accompany plaintiffs’  . . .  claims, or, alternatively, setting forth empirical evidence that any disclaimer would fail to correct the claims’ purported misleadingness . . .”

Thus, qualified claims based on solid published science are required, and the FDA, in its regulatory capacity, is required to compose one or more disclaimers for every alleged violation of law it seeks to remedy, or provide “empirical evidence that any disclaimer would fail to correct the claims’ purported misleadingness.”

So providing we can resolve the first substantive matter of statutory language regarding the intended meaning of “and” versus “or,” requiring some kind of written legal opinion from the FDA’s Ombudsman’s office initially, subject to appeal, then I pledge to advance, in a timely manner, remedies to specific FDA objections, step by step, item by item, as referenced in Director Breen’s WARNING LETTER of May 11, 2010.

For example, in reference to the FDA’s objection to the phrases, “Destroy viruses, Bacteria, and Fungi,” “Eliminate the need for harmful vaccines and antibiotics,” and “Silver hydrosols, in general, are superior powerful broad spectrum anti-microbials,” qualified claims, provided by the FDA, will be posted that:

1) Shall reference the mountain of science, as per the University of Wisconsin’s nano-silver science literature review freely available online here: http://www.nanoceo.net/nanorisks/silver-particles, that proves silver hydrosols, as a general class of products, destroy viruses, bacteria, and fungi; eliminate the need for harmful vaccines and antibiotics, and are, in general, superior powerful broad spectrum antimicrobials.”

Furthermore, I propose constructing a website, linked from all of the websites cited in the Warning Letter that I administer, that displays the FDA’s Warning Letter(s), communications, and our interrogatories for optimal transparency, service to our customers and for the benefit of the general public.

In closing, and pledging my goodwill in this public service and regulatory process, I assume we are both pledged to act in the best interest of public health and safety. In honoring transparency, and what is obvious and substantive to these proceedings, the FDA and your office is being scrutinized at this time, for gross conflicting pharmaceutical interests, disserving, and genocidally impacting, the American people.
