“AFTERMATH” REPORT BY HONOLULU STAR ADVERTISER DEFRAUDS CITIZENS LEADING INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATORS TO FCC’s PUBLIC RECORD OF SABOTAGE COMMITTED BY THE UNNAMED FEMALE NIGHT SUPERVISOR WHO HACKED INTO THE SYSTEM THE “WRONG MESSAGE” TO DECEIVE AND CONFUSE MORE THAN THE BUTTON PUSHING “FALL GUY.”

STATEMENT OF FCC COMMISSIONER BRENDAN CARR
(Honolulu, HI; 1-31-18) Reading the Honolulu Star Advertiser’s delinquent “AFTERMATH” news report (published 1-30-18) caused three independent investigators to balk over the most important neglected fact–the night supervisor sabotaged the messaging system by her cell phone hack committed to confuse fellow warning officers, causing a million people to face immanent death. The investigators charge the newspaper, publisher of USA Today Hawaii edition, the Washington Post, and NBC News, with complicity in crime by purposely concealing evidence revealed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Public Safety Homeland Security Bureau’s “Preliminary Report” on the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency’s (HI-EMA’s) January 13, 2018, actions. Their report, that follows, explains what happened and why the news agencies’ conflicting interests are apparent in the “fake news.”
Media Neglected Facts
The FCC’s Preliminary Report was issued on January 30, 2018. Combining findings from this federal agency with the HI-EMA report, “Employee 1”–the “button pusher” thought a real missile attack was “INCOMING” because he heard “THIS IS NOT A DRILL. ” He became confused. Or under distress he forgot about the “EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE” voice command. He then chose to broadcast the false message to err on the side of public safety.
Those are the facts.
Star Advertiser Neglects More than the Facts
According to the federal investigation, at 8:00 a.m., Hawaii Standard Time, HI-EMA conducted its regularly scheduled shift change. When the supervisor of the day shift entered the bunker at 8:00-8:01 a.m., the supervisor of the midnight shift orally communicated her intention to conduct the ballistic missile preparedness drill. But officials under investigation claimed miscommunication and confusion confronted them.
According to state and federal officials, the incoming day shift supervisor thought that the midnight shift supervisor intended to conduct a drill for the midnight shift staff only (those ending their shift at 8:00 a.m.) – not for the day shift officers (those beginning their shift at 8:00 a.m.).
But that does not make any sense! Because by that time, the day shift staff had already taken their posts, or should have.
The FCC report continued presuming that the the day shift supervisor was not in the proper location to supervise the day shift team when the ballistic missile defense drill was initiated at approximately 8:03 a.m.
In other words, the female officer who had worked for 8 hours, since midnight, dumped a heap of trouble upon her morning replacement–the day shift supervisor. She first decided, purportedly on her own, to conduct a spontaneous drill during the shift transition.
Raising probable cause for the indictment of sabotage, the woman then intentionally altered the scripted message (i.e., She committed a wireless hacking and sabotage of the system).
She further burdened and confused her morning replacement with a “drill” “exercise” intended for her night staff who had already ended their shift. And then, she communicated in such a way that the day shift supervisor believed the drill was not to be administered by his team, even though, by that time, his staff had already entered the control room.
At 8:05 a.m., the saboteur initiated the drill by placing a call to the day shift warning officers, pretending to be the U.S. Pacific Command. The supervisor played a recorded message over the phone. The recording began by saying “exercise, exercise, exercise”– language that is consistent with the beginning of the script for every drill. After that, however, the recording did not follow the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency’s standard operating procedures for every drill. Instead, the recording included language scripted only for use in an actual live ballistic missile alert. It thus included the sentence, “THIS IS NOT A DRILL.” The recording ended by saying again, “exercise, exercise, exercise.”
The first victim of the night supervisor’s sabotage, Employee 1, was blamed, fired, and smeared by the media. He reportedly confused real-life events and drills in the past. He was not especially liked by the other officers, reports claimed.
The Washington Post (evening, Jan. 30, 2018) first described the warning officer as “well-trained,” but later that changed to calling him to a “troubled worker.” Quoting the CIA’s mouthpiece, whose owner Jeff Bezos administers a major conflicting interest with the CIA, and whose institutional partners are the same as the key institutional suspects in this case, including and the Star Advertiser/USA Today/Gannet/Tegna, Inc.–BlackRock and Vanguard investments, the “state investigation . . . described the employee . . . as having a poor history dating back for years, with other members of his staff saying they did not feel comfortable with his work. While the employee was counseled and corrected on the spot after previous issues, state officials said, he remained in his position.”
It was not Employee 1 who sent the wrong message, initially. It was the night supervisor. The Hawaii alert software allowed supervisors “to send live alerts and test alerts using the same interface,” explained James Wiley, an attorney adviser at the FCC’s Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau. This was reported by the Newburgh Gazette.
That paper cited “another level of confusion to the misstep” was the “fear over the threat of North Korean missiles.” And that fact evidences the apparent political motive for the saboteur’s actions, as well as complicity by the aforementioned institutional investors that managed to effect a similar fright in Japan (as previously detailed, here.)
Star Advertiser Complicity in Racketeering
As mentioned above, and explained in greater detail in the Hawaii Deep State Nuclear Psyops article we published yesterday on WarOnWeThePeople.com, the common commercial beneficiaries of the false alert are BlackRock and Vanguard stockholders, and these profiteers are heavily invested in military defense, cyber-security, vaccines, drugs, and profitable depopulation. The Star Advertiser is similarly complicit–invested and controlled as the publisher of USA Today‘s Hawaii Edition in partnership with Tegna, Inc.
This evidence proves that besides making money from publishing falsehoods, and leveraging diversions from the night supervisor’s sabotage, the Star Advertiser holds a concealed vested interest in blaming the single “button pusher” and protecting the saboteur. In fact, the fall guy had less motive to flip the wrong switch than those in the corporate-controlled media reporting their “fake news” on behalf of business partners making money from threatened war with China, Russia and N. Korea.
The new knowledge, verified facts, vet the obvious PSYOPS we suspected and reported immediately at the time of the crisis. Investigating the Star Advertiser further for its history in frightening the public as its headlines have repeatedly done, this largest news organization in Hawaii is owned by David Black, previously with the Hearst Corporation.
In 2014-15, Black merged assets with Glacier Media Inc. Glacier’s major shareholders include the Bissett group, including Franklin Bissett Microcap A and FaithLife Cdn Small Cap Equity.
These, in turn, are controlled by J.P. Morgan Bank Canada, a branch of the J.P. Morgan Chase enterprise that is HEAVILY invested in the defense and cyber-security industry, and as you can see from the previous list of institutional investors. J.P. Morgan Chase holds more than $18 million of equity in the Star Advertiser/Glacier Media Group/Tegna, Inc. enterprise.
As reported previously, not only is this concealed conflicting interest disgusting, this criminal enterprise openly advertises the financial benefits to their investors of destabilizing Asian-American relations and generating the “bullish” military markets that will profit stockholders, depending on global and regional disputes inflamed by their media and political puppets, as advertised HERE and in the graphics below.
Laws Probably Broken Requiring Investigation and Deserving Prosecution
Justice Department officials have a duty to investigate whether or not the night supervisor acted alone, or with others in violating laws, including 18 U.S. Code § 2384 criminalizing “Seditious Conspiracy.” Given the aforementioned political and financial motives, the obvious benefits of the sabotage to cyber-defense firms (including AT&T and Booz Allen Hamilton) and investment bankers (e.g. BlackRock, Vanguard, J.P. Morgan Chase, etc.), as well as news sellers (including NBC News that began filming in the bunker hours before the “accident,” with the Star Advertiser and Washington Post misrepresenting facts and also fanning fears for profit); the obstruction of state and federal government operations must be further known and disciplined.
Justice Department duty must accord with many federal laws apparently broken, including 18 U.S. Code §§ 2384 and 2387. The former law makes “Seditious Conspiracy” a crime. This law states: “If two or more persons in any State . . . conspire to . . . oppose by force the authority [of the United States], or by force to . . . seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”
In this case, by the force of HI-EMA’s night supervisor’s free-will and cell phone did she seize control over the messaging property of the FCC, FEMA, and Federal Emergency Management drill script; and by force of will and deed, she did alter and take control over that property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof. She should thus be fined or imprisoned to serve justice.
18 U.S. Code §§ 2387 states in relevant parts: “(a) Whoever, with intent to interfere with, impair, or influence the discipline of the military or naval forces of the United States: (1) . . . urges, or in any manner causes or attempts to cause insubordination, . . . by any member of the military or naval forces of the United States; or (2) distributes or attempts to distribute any written or printed matter which . . . urges insubordination, . . . mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the military or naval forces of the United States—
Subsequently, this intent to interfere with the discipline of officers directed by U. S. Army Maj. Gen. “Joe” Logan caused the mutiny, or refusal of duty by several members of the HI-EMA team, including Maj. Gen. Vern Miyagi who resigned as a direct result of the sabotage.
Arguably, the insubordination and sabotage gave aid and comfort to the gleefully responding President of North Korea. The Associated Press reported the Twitter exchange between President Trump, distressed by the Hawaii crisis, and the gleefully gloating Jong un. These activities affected the “armed forces in general” as well as the general morale of the troops. The hacking and altering of the AlertSense civil defense system damaged the federal licensees credibility, military and civil defense department morale, while giving aid and comfort to the gleefully responding enemy of the United States.
These facts give cause to charge the insubordinate supervisor with treason, as defined by18 U.S. Code § 2381, that states in relevant part: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, . . . adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000.”
Further, there is probable cause to consider conspiracy involving willfully blind and/or complicit parties who aided-and-abetted the objectives of the conspiracy—to cause chaos, make money, and gain political favor as a result of the manufactured fright. Under 18 U.S. Code § 371 – Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States, “If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy [i.e., to make money, and/or gain politically by reason of the fraud, crime, and “crisis capitalism”], each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.”
Finally, under RICO laws, wire fraud and fraudulent use of a cell phone “access device” to defraud people by intent are two “predicate acts” in a pattern of fraud committed for the “object of the conspiracy” to make money and/or gain politically. Agency Holding, 107 S.Ct. at 2763. § 1343 proscribes the use of interstate electronic media to further a fraudulent scheme. The wire fraud statute is broad and simple. It only requires three elements: (1) devising a scheme to defraud; (2) using the Internet, or “wires” to further the fraud; and (3) action with the specific intent to deceive or defraud. C & W CONST. v. Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners, 687 F. Supp. 1453 – Dist. Court, D. Hawaii 1988.
The night supervisor devised a scheme to defraud the HI-EMA officials. That scheme involved altering the standard message system. She used her access device and cyber system to further her fraud; and her action was done with the specific intent to deceive, defraud, or confuse her fellow government officials.
The Editors and/or owners of the Washington Post, and the Star Advertiser, and executive producers of NBC News, are likewise subject to further investigation and possible indictment(s) for demonstrating complicity in this fraud; for harboring the saboteur by diverting news away from the most important incriminating facts reported by the FCC; and for committing a pattern of false reporting aiding-and-abetting the profitable frightening and defrauding of Hawaii citizens, and people worldwide, to benefit the very apparent racketeering enterprise profiting from wire fraud, section 1029 relating to fraud and activity in connection with access devices, and “crisis capitalism.”
Conclusion
We The People can no longer simply accept the “fake news” media’s propaganda and covert financial agendas. As political science scholar J.T. Kong concluded, “If you follow them, you will surely die. That message came loud and clear [on January 13, 2018] through every cell phone in Hawaii.”
What keeps people enslaved, locked into involuntary servitude to governmental corruption, falsely hoping for salvation through the two party system, despite being repeatedly distressed and damaged by official malfeasance and commercial crimes, is called “evil obedience.” This psycho-social pathology was diagnosed and defined by one of America’s leading forensic psychiatrists, Dr. Professor Vernon Neppe. Like deer caught in headlights, afraid to move left or right, the prescription for this evil obedience involves developing awareness, or “consciousness,” that we can move as a righteous community to save ourselves and our planet. Our affliction, the deadly trance state, requires awakening to the truth that shall set us free.
This remedy contrasts sharply against the “mad-stream media’s” steady flow of lies lulling us into misplaced faith, apathy, and distressing submission. Our power to choose smarter and healthier realities begin here with this opportunity, a silver lining in the Hawaii cloud.
