Researchers Decry ZIKA Fraud in “Crisis Capitalism” and Urge Judicial Remedy

Miami, FL (Sept. 21, 2016)—A team of experts investigating ZIKA fraud for a non-profit public health advocacy group in the United States has concluded that the spraying of toxic pesticides and release of government-approved genetically-modified (“GM”) mosquitoes to fight ZIKA has been schemed by a racketeering enterprise commercializing in bio-terrorism and “crisis capitalism.”

Experts from several fields filed a critical review of available intelligence for publication in Medical Veritas Journal evidencing a “high probability” of ZIKA fraud. The data identifies a criminal enterprise commercializing in bio-terrorism and crisis capitalism as the most probable cause of the costly and damaging ZIKA “emergency.” 

According to the reviewers, politicians and the media are “selling” citizens on unproven methods of “disease control” in Florida and elsewhere. The experts also question the “mystery” of ZIKA’s emergence from a Brazilian vaccine experiment generating mutated viruses, and then promoting drugs, vaccines, pesticides and genetically-modified (“GM”) mosquitoes to combat the plague.

In conclusion, the professional group condemned “the creation of ‘alien species’ of microbes,” including ZIKA, as an “obvious man-made threat.” The MVI contributors wrote “this reckless disregard for life, nature, and the sanctity of intelligent design central to the physical sciences, is unconscionable.”

The group recommends the remedy advanced by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and IBM to regulate the medical industry applicable also to the judicial system to save costs, restrain corruption, reduce fraud, and discipline violators.

Non-profit Consumer Group Assigns Responsibility for ZIKA Fraud

Investigators assembled to publish an independent review of the ZIKA emergency in Medical Veritas Journal online have assigned responsibility and liability for the growing ZIKA menace to a “criminal enterprise” commercializing in public deception, political extortion, and crisis capitalism. 

Alternatively called a “civilian ‘false flag’ operation,” the damaging covert-operators administer propaganda to fan fears.

The consumer advocacy group charges certain companies with carrying out a “military style” “counter-intelligence” campaign aided by government agents with conflicting interests. Esteemed institutions and medical agencies are criticized for neglecting common sense and good science to aid-and-abet ZIKA fraud and the “racketeering enterprise” behind the operation.

The ad hoc committee bringing these charges includes environmentalists, medical-legal scholars, social media analysts, and consumer protectors led by Harvard-trained emerging diseases expert, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, Editor-in-Chief for Medical Veritas International Inc. (“MVI”). Following weeks of investigating, examining hundreds of scientific and media publications, and developing a “ZIKA TIMELINE” (shown below), the consensus found “a preponderance of evidence” proving ZIKA fraud was administered with foreknowledge of government officials, industry leaders, and media insiders, including investment bankers and politicians with conflicting interests. Culprits in the bio-terror campaign include New York Times owner Carlos Slim, Florida Governor Rick Scott, and Microsoft’s Bill Gates of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Mainstream Media and Federal Complicity in ZIKA Fraud and Commercial Crime

Exemplifying fraud, Gov. Scott’s visit to Capitol Hill in recent weeks stands out.  Republicans complain about the “liberal-media,” including the New York Times that published an Associated Press report condemning “Republican delays” in ZIKA funding. At the same time both sides of the political isle conceal multiple conflicting interests.

The panelists revealed little-known corporate partnerships advancing risky and costly solutions to ZIKA and other infectious diseases. They cite Florida Governor Scott’s wife, Ann Scott, as an example. Scott co-owns a mosquito abatement company, Mosquito Control Services LLC of Metairie, LA, licensed to spray in Florida. The Florida First Lady acquired her interests in spraying mosquitoes through a private investment firm she also co-owns, a little-known fact revealed by the South Florida Reporter and Florida Bulldog News.

Consequently, the experts concluded, “[t]he divisive political rhetoric on Capitol Hill is diversionary and largely staged.” They diagnose the political bantering as a “red herring,” best explained by Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Carl Bernstein.

Bernstein evidenced several mainstream media producers responsible for a long history of falsifying news stories for companies and government agencies. Among them is the CIA. Bernstein’s publisher, the Washington Post (april-30-2000) revealed that the CIA oversees all infectious disease agencies in America, including those currently responding to the ZIKA threat.

Few people know that viral threats in America are considered U.S. National Security risks. Accordingly, the nation has relied on the CIA that operates a private for-profit technology investment group called In-Q-Tel, while the agency itself operates under the influence of investment bankers implicated in the ZIKA fraud as detailed below.

Given that the CIA oversees infectious disease emergency responders in America (as does it’s  counterpart, MI6, in England), it is unreasonable to neglect the agency’s “oversight” of the current ZIKA response in Florida–GM mosquito releases and pesticide sprayings.

Alternatively, it is also unreasonable to believe the CIA neglected its duties and “stood down” in good faith. There is overwhelming science substantiating unacceptable risks and unproven benefits of these damaging actions threatening the environment, public health, and U.S. National Security, according to the experts.

To the contrary, the experts concluded that the “emergency” was undoubtedly anticipated, and likely coordinated, by the agency that acted using “intelligence” and military-style propaganda.

Diagnosing ZIKA Fraud

Typically, a single major British or American news source, such as the New York Times, the Associated Press (AP) or Reuters, breaks a story as directed by the CIA. Bernstein’s account of this pattern of commercial crime is compounded by American political activist and analyst, Lyndon LaRouche, and numerous other authors. The “news” is then multiplied by corporate-controlled radio and television networks, enabling the allied industrialists to direct public attention and information, political reactions, and financial appropriations.

The enterprise’s “psychological operations” or “PSYOPS” fuel their false flag operations. Media subordinates, such as Hearst Newspapers, Scripps‑Howard, and the Miami Herald, compound deceptive messages while concealing their own conflicting interests. The Republican-controlled sensational tabloids are also used to confuse and desensitize people to the actual dangers. In this way, the complicit media protects and profits co-owners, investors, and advertisers in the racketeering enterprise, each spinning the “emergency” for profit.

Dubbed “crisis capitalism” by investigative journalist Sherri Kane, the corporate partners in the ZIKA fraud include the CIA’s private investment company In-Q-Tel. That for-profit venture finances intelligence operations and businesses for population surveillance, reconnaissance, advances in medicine, innovations in healthcare, and of course “disease control,” with partners Google and IBM involved in more than data collection and pharmaceutical prescriptions processing. The experts found evidence of a complete takeover of health systems in America by the corporate-controlled enterprise, increasingly imposing its commercial restraints on Obamacare, medicaid, medicare, hospitals, and doctors as the “standard of care.”

Kane, a FOX News defector, reported on this large-scale medical data processing plot that is hijacking American healthcare using the CIA technologies advertised below. It must be understood that, beside the ZIKA fraud, any manner of poisoning the public or environment profits this enterprise.

An earlier example of a similar insider-trading scheme coupled with industrial sabotage and media misrepresentations causing catastrophic damages occurred during the Gulf Oil disaster in 2010. The story was first reported by FOX News defector Kane. Rather than receiving deserved urgent media attention, Kane’s scoop was relegated to TruTV exclusively as a “Conspiracy Theory” hosted by past Gov. Jesse Ventura.

Injecting Lies, New Genes, and “Vaccines” Using Mosquitoes

The professional investigators unearthed dozens of studies aimed at developing genetically-altered (i.e., mutated) or infected mosquitoes that would deliver vaccines against diseases including malaria, dengue fever, ZIKA, HIV/AIDS and even cancer.

Six years ago for example, the corporate-controlled media began promoting “flying vaccinators” referencing genetically altered “super mosquitoes.” These were advanced mainly in labs associated with Oxford University as shown in the screenshots below. (Arrows added.)

The purpose of Oxford’s “spin-off” companies, including Oxitec, and their products, was to purportedly eradicate infectious diseases, not humans. But the latter depopulation objective has been widely promoted by the world’s leading “immunization” advocate and vaccine distributor–Microsoft’s controller, Bill Gates.

Gates has boasted during public lectures and media appearances that vaccinated populations will be reduced by 15%. This unproven idea conflicts with the notion that vaccines save lives and extend longevity. Regardless of the incongruity, Gates funds many groups marketing these falsehoods, and boldly proclaims he does so for “national security” (as shown in the trailer advertising UN-VAXXED: A Docu-commentary for Robert De Niro.)

Gates has also claimed publicly that GM mosquito releases are safe and effective despite scientific evidence to the contrary reviewed by England’s leading authority, Gene Watch.

In 1999, a Malaria Vaccine Initiative (MVI) was established by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and involved a collaboration with Tulane University School of Public Health. The project “test[ed] a novel vaccine that aims to inoculate mosquitoes when they bite people,” and then transmit anti-malaria immunity to other people bitten by the same infected mosquitoes.

Unfortunately, such mosquito experiments pose serious risks, especially in populations where widespread infections already exist. In Brazil, for instance, endemic dengue fever likely gave rise to the current ZIKA “emergency” and ZIKA fraud, after Oxitec released its mutant mosquitoes in a dengue fever infested area. Oxitec is the company that produces the GM mosquitoes now being tested in Florida and elsewhere.

“By stimulating the immune response in an inappropriate way using a vaccine, the outcome of the subsequent dengue infection could even be worse, so we have to be really careful with this,” explained Kerstin Luhn, a dengue fever vaccine researcher at Oxford University that spawned the Oxitec company.

A Gene Watch intelligence report from March, 2015 reviews scientific evidence opposing GM mosquito releases in vaccine experiments; and raises critical concerns about media hype concealing and neglecting scientific studies.

Given the aforementioned most profitable and insidious “biomedical achievements” offering population reduction capabilities optimal for use by “U.S. National Security” officials and global industrialists such as Gates, the 2008 funding of SeventhSense Biosystems by the CIA is noteworthy. The CIA has, in effect, partnered in a global enterprise developing “products that integrate directly with the human body to monitor the health situation on the inside”–a curious investment for an agency widely known for torturing, drugging, poisoning, and assassinating people.

According to the publications reviewed by the MVI researchers, CIA- Biosystems technology affords bio-chipping people using the smallest microchips that can be injected. The latest biochips are so small they are raising ethical concerns, including their potential deployment by mosquitoes or mosquito-replica drones as pictured here.

These novel devices were purportedly developed to take DNA samples, or leave an RFID tracking nanotechnology on or under the skin. There is no doubt they could also be developed and used to administer a lethal injection.

In addition, the new field of nano-pharmaceuticals is advancing to purportedly provide anti-viral “nano-medicines” that may, like biochips, be delivered to humans by insects.

“Anything that’s useful is going to happen in the next 10 to 20 years,” Mark Gasson said in 2009 while marketing a Digital Angel Co. implantable biotransmitter the size of rice that he tested on himself. And with that technology getting smaller every year, “we may start merging devices created by tech enthusiasts and medical-type technology to do things like store or download memories from the brain,” Gasson predicted.

Given ZIKA’s impact on the brain size of infected neonates, Gasson’s prediction is chilling.

Another CIA asset for profitable In-Q-Tel investment is the Recorded Future Company that enables the agency and its corporate affiliates in the media to gather intelligence from anyone online, what Internet users are thinking, to predict next clicks or purchases.

A final example of CIA investment in “population management” that the MVI investigators found most objectionable is the Cloudera Company that obviously puts profits before people. “Healthcare is a very competitive, tight margin industry with increasing needs for compliance on data of massive scale,” said Marty Smith, Senior Director of Product Innovation, for RelayHealth, a McKesson Company subsidiary. “RelayHealth processes millions of claims per day on Cloudera Enterprise, analyzing more than 1 million log files per day and integrating with multiple Oracle and IBM systems. As a result, we are able to assist our healthcare providers to get paid faster, improving their cost models and productivity.”

But what Cloudera and IBM’s Watson omits is their restrictive and damaging impact on medical practice, excluding “patient-centered” empathetic care, and imposing automated “standards of care” on clinicians. Increasingly, doctors and hospital staff are being directed by Cloudera or Watson’s computer systems to perform the “required” diagnoses, treatment-planning and decision-making, including the selection of drugs and vaccines most profitable to the CIA and its partners. Natural medicine, homeopathy, holistic healthcare, and other non-allopathic forms of care are precluded, clearly in violation of anti-trust laws.

ZIKA Fear Mongers Publish Red Herrings

By far the most valuable of the CIA-linked propaganda outlets, Bernstein revealed after interviewing several intelligence agency officials, is the New York Times. (1) The long standing relationship between the Associated Press and New York Times’ propaganda alliance is consistent with their common contractual relationships with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). This is why AP and the NYTimes took the lead in committing ZIKA fraud in Florida in recent weeks.

Bernstein added CBS and Time-Warner Inc (a subsidiary of News Corp, renamed 21st Century Fox), as “most influential” CIA assets. One problem with this alliance evidencing bad faith is that the 21st Century Fox brand evolved from scandals involving James Murdoch, the Non-Executive Director of Smith Klein Beecham drug and vaccine company. In addition, James’s father Rupert Murdoch directs massive investments in the Merck Pharmaceutical Company and CSL.  These associations were previously vetted and heavily criticized by Kane and Horowitz, especially during the H1N1 “Swine Flu emergency” that critics contend was another “false flag” operation.

As mentioned above concerning the conflicting interests of Gov. Scott’s critics at the New York Times, the Murdoch controlled Wall Street Journal and FOX News decidedly backs Republicans, while the other networks favor Democrats–an effective “good-cop-bad-cop” ploy considering legislators in both parties are financed by the same corporations controlling the same networks profiting most from the same “red herrings.”

More serious problems are repeatedly neglected. The origin of ZIKA and other “emerging viruses” such as HIV/AIDS, Swine Flu, and Ebola, are always unclear, never implicating the laboratories engaged in developing or storing the same or similar viruses prior to their mysterious “outbreaks.”

The pattern indicates foul play and negligence since without intelligence directing diagnosis, the root of the recurring disorders, chaos, and deaths from plagues remains hidden and threatening. And so long as political debate and research science is diverted from honest accurate diagnosis of the origin of these diseases, emergency responses are simply imposed by profiteers in genocide.

Tracking the Killers

The emergence of the Zika virus from an experiment conducted in Brazil in 2014 using genetically-modified (GM) mosquitoes loosed by the Oxitec Company is indicated, implicating certain investment bankers.

Dr. Horowitz began investigating Zika’s origin following news of the dengue fever outbreak on the Big Island of Hawaii where his estate has been under attack by a lawyer with multiple proven ties to the CIA and illegal drug trafficking. The author and filmmaker, who has been an influential voice in state and local legislative hearings regarding vaccines, learned that the State’s chief epidemiologist, Dr. Sarah Park, who Horowitz had debated on PBS, was solicited by Oxitec/Intrexon to release GM mosquitoes without public participation in the decision. The doctor discovered that Oxitec’s mutant mosquito enterprise was financed by the same parties that bribed Hawaii State Senator Roz Baker to pass mandatory vaccination bills. The “Monsanto Group” is largely financed by BlackRock and Evercore Co. private equity investors. 

Oxitec, web intelligence showed, is a subsidiary of Intrexon, largely funded by New York Times investors that continue to hold controlling interests in the companies that stand to profit from the ZIKA pandemic. Oxford University’s ISIS innovations joined BlackRock and Evercore Company as private equity investment bankers backing Oxitec and the mosquito releases.

Times owner Carlos Slim is heavily invested in BlackRock. That massive investment banking firm is administered by ISIS innovations’ and Evercore officials, including Evercore’s Senior Managing Director and Chairman of Europe Investment Banking, Bernard Taylor. Taylor is also co-Vice Chair for the Rockefeller JPMorgan Chase bank.

Moreover, Oxitec’s owner, Intrexon, whose Chairman and CEO is Randal J. Kirk (also on the Board of Directors of ZIOPHARM Oncology, Inc.) is largely financed by BlackRock, Third Security, LLC and Morgan Stanley.[4]

According to the investigators, this financial community’s jaded history must be seriously considered, including alleged racketeering and extorting nation-states to submit to the enterprise’s financial and political policies, as was witnessed during the 2014 Ebola “emergency” in Liberia.(5)

The passage of California’s controversial mandatory vaccination bill SB 277 was similarly influenced.

In light of the facts, circumstances, and scientific evidence at hand, the panel concluded that ZIKA fraud is concealing the high probability that Oxitec’s GM mosquito vectors and experiments in Brazil gave rise to what is now being called ZIKA.

More Evidence Implicating Commercial Interests

In 1947, the original ZIKA virus was isolated from a rhesus monkey in Uganda by Rockefeller financed researchers. The Ugandan government at that time was under British control, and apparently under an Anglo-American (post WWII, Project Paperclip) contract with the CIA-administered aerospace and bioweapons organization called OTRAG.[7] No other firm was capable of doing viral isolation studies in Western Uganda and Eastern Congo at that time. Once isolated, the “weak ZIKA virus” was then deposited with the Rockefeller Foundation, although it is apparent from archived publications that Oxford Univ. officials monitored the Rockefeller’s secret viral enterprise in Africa and elsewhere with great interest. 

Years later, the ZIKA virus was licensed by the Rockefeller Foundation to the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) that sells germs to vaccine makers and bioweapons contractors worldwide.

According to the New York Times article (Feb. 6, 2016) “How a Medical Mystery in Brazil Led Doctors to ZIKA,” there are only two “leading theories” explaining the frightening outbreak. That false statement bears scrutiny, however, according to the experts. Both NYTimes hypotheses date ZIKA’s arrival in Brazil in 2014, when international travelers attended the World Cup and Va’a World Sprint canoe race in Rio de Janeiro.

According to MVI investigator and legal scholar JT Kong, the NYTimes report that ZIKA’s emergence coincided with world sporting events conveniently generated international attention and an instant global market for Oxitec’s mosquitoes, since visitors to Brazil would return to their home countries distressed about the possibly of transmitting the virus to other people and additional nations.

A Science-based Common Sense Theory on How the New ZIKA Emerged

Meanwhile, Dr. Horowitz had advanced additional theories based on science, common sense, and blatant media omissions and misrepresentations in published theories on how ZIKA emerged from Brazil.

“In April 2014, the Oxitec OX513A [GM mosquito] received technical approval for commercial release in Brazil from the National Technical Commission of Biosecurity (CTNBio),” according to company advertisements. Oxitec reported, “a large scale release programme” carried out in Jacobina, Bahia following an earlier study there that claimed a 92% Aedes aegypti population reduction in the first area of release in Pedra Branca, Brazil.

Dr. Horowitz says it is highly probable that the 8% of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes that survived these initial studies mated with the GM mosquitoes, causing viral mutations as warned by researchers Thavara, Tawatsin and Nagao in the journal Epidemiology and Infection (2014 Jun; 142(6): 1245-1258).

In that study, mosquito control increased cases of dengue fever (DF), and the more life-threatening dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), in areas of high mosquito density where people had been exposed to dengue virus from earlier bites or vaccinations.

Thavara et. al., explained that more deadly virus mutations, and more severe illnesses, occurred “mainly when an individual who has acquired antibodies to one serotype is inoculated with another serotype. It was reported that mosquito control may have increased the incidence of DF and DHF due to age-dependency in manifesting these illnesses or an immunological mechanism.”

“Thavara et. al., precisely described in 2013 what happened in 2015,” Dr. Horowitz explained. “Zika was initially reported to be a ‘weaker strain’ of the dengue virus that suddenly mutated and mysteriously emerged in Brazil after being isolated in Uganda and shipped to America. So any reasonable person would ask what might have caused a Rockefeller or ATCC cultured virus to suddenly cause never-before-seen brain damage, called microcephaly, in infants?

There are only four possibilities that would explain the new ZIKA agent, according to Dr. Horowitz, and they are all commercial: (1) A batch of Oxitec’s GM mosquitoes were contaminated with the old weak ZIKA virus that mutated either in Oxitec’s lab or when the tainted mosquitoes mated with the 8% surviving their Brazilian experiment; or (2) the genetic mutation of the Oxitec’s insects transferred “bad genes” into mosquitoes (or humans bitten by them) causing dengue viruses to mutate into the new brain damaging ZIKA virus; or (3) sabotage–a bioterrorist at Oxitec or in Brazil at the time of the experiment loosed the ZIKA agent; or (4) none-of the above. That is, the ZIKA fraud extends to the entire “emergency.” In other words, the entire campaign is false, not only committed for the money made from fear and deception, but also as perfect cover for brain damage caused by vaccines, GMO foods, and/or pesticides. 

“In any case,” Dr. Horowitz added. “This new ZIKA disease reinforces the conclusion reported by Thavara’s group; that such risky GM mosquito experiments are contraindicated in dengue exposed populations or tetracycline polluted environments.”

Conclusion and Recommendations

Occam’s razor analysis says the simplest most obvious and scientifically sound explanation for ZIKA’s deadly mutation should have been known to the CIA and its media outlets, especially the New York Times.

The evidence of diversionary propaganda compounded by conflicting interests embroils the federal agency and its private commercial interests in the crime of treason seriously threatening U.S. National Security and the public’s health and safety.

More than Big Pharma’s and Big Biotech’s profits being a consideration, the mainstream media’s output of “intelligence” conceals the depopulation objectives of leading Western industrialists, including vaccinationist Bill Gates.  The companies profiting from ZIKA fraud include the most powerful investment banking firms that obviously seek to protect their interests during “globalization.”

It is unreasonable to think such financial forces would not vigorously oppose political uprisings and revolutions by administering “disease control” measures and imposed “healthcare” upon the “herd.” This includes extending a pattern of loosing “emerging viruses” and causing novel diseases or the profitable need to pollute the environment with pesticides.  “Crisis capitalism,” in fact, best characterizes the ZIKA fraud, according to the experts.

Based on the aforementioned determinations, and this expert panel’s consensus, the GM mosquito trials and pesticide sprayings, especially in Florida, should be suspended until solid science and criminal investigations prove otherwise.

In addition, in light of the usurping of American healthcare, there is an apparent need to administer criminal investigations and judicial proceedings pursuant to the recurring biological attacks on civilization. Consequently, the MVI group recomends a complete shakedown of the CIA-directed Department of Justice, and reorganization of the American justice system that is similarly afflicted by the aforementioned special interests.

The judicial branch of the U.S. Federal Government, like other respected institutions, has obviously been “captured” to permit this biomedical treason.  Consistent with the FBI neglecting its law enforcement duties in the recent Clinton e-mail scandal, legislators, lawyers and judges can no longer be trusted to protect citizens health and safety or administer justice. The panelists, therefore, made the following recommendation: “Apply the same technologies revolutionizing the medical system to the legal system.” 

The online revolution in intelligence gathering, data processing, and automated decision-making that is hijacking “healthcare” and benefiting the CIA’s investments in Cloudera, Watson, Google, McKesson, etc., offers a viable alternative for deterring and prosecuting the aforementioned unrighteous dealings in special-interest influenced courts.

The Committee recommends the use of the same technologies advancing for diagnosing and treating diseases in medicine for administering virtual “due process”–prosecutions and cyber-jurors in the civil and criminal justice systems. This could terminate judicial corruption and the influence of special interests and payoffs on Bar members–judges at every level, and lawyers. 

Most voters believe corrupt courts have contributed greatly to the destruction of the American economy and nation’s integrity. Lawyers more than doctors are the cause of concern.

Accordingly, the experts propose certifying a computer system like IBM’s Watson to enable “virtual-judges” and “cyber-jurors” to weigh facts in relation to existing laws, and achieve outcomes in equity and justice.

The investigators’ proposal offers a remedy to widespread corruption, resulting in greater respect for human rights and life–the ethical foundation of civilization threatened by emerging diseases, criminal psychopathology, genocides imposed by the wealthy against the poor, and prejudicial influence precluding justice at this urgent time in history.

A year later, Gasson infected his own implant with a computer virus, one that he could pass on to other computer systems if the building’s networks were programmed to read his chip. As Gasson breezed around the the workplace, spreading the virus and corrupting computer systems, certain areas of the building became inaccessible to his colleagues.

At the time of the experiment, theoretical physicist and author of “The Future of the Mind” Michio Kaku told FOX News that demonstrating the ability to spread infection was an “important point” because “we’re going to have more chips in our body and clothing.”

March 20, 2010 – London, England (CNN) — ‘Super mosquitoes’ could fight malaria with a bite.

They are normally transmitters of the disease, but mosquitoes could one day be used to tackle malaria after scientists developed a genetically engineered version of the species that can deliver a vaccine.

Researchers altered the salivary glands of the Anopheles stephensi mosquito, dubbed a “flying vaccinator,” so that it carried the Leishmania vaccine within its saliva.

August 14, 2013 – Business Insider’s article alerts Internet users to the fact that “if you are one of 400 million persons who chose Gmail then you can also expect no privacy at all. In a class action complaint of 2013 Google responded by claiming “a person has no legitimate expectation of privacy in information he voluntarily turns over to third parties.” So, be warned, even though it is unlikely you’ll be able to avoid Google even if you wanted to. February 1, 2016 – The Zika Virus: Pandemic Preparedness Is Needed Now!

On February 1, 2016, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared that the Zika outbreak was a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. A few days later, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a “level 1” activation for its emergency command center (recently raised to “level 2”), and a week later, the Obama Administration requested $1.86 billion from Congress to fight this public health emergency. On April 7, 2016, the WHO reported that there is scientific consensus that the Zika virus is a cause of microcephaly and Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS). Then on April 13, 2016, the CDC confirmed that there is no longer any doubt that Zika is a cause of microcephaly and other neurological damage in infants.

February 9, 2016 – Physicians Report in the Crop-Sprayed Town regarding Dengue-Zika, microcephaly, and massive spraying with chemical poisons. The Argentine Physicians’ report, which also addresses the Dengue fever epidemic in Brazil, concurs with the findings of a separate report on the Zika outbreak by the Brazilian doctors’ and public health researchers’ organisation, Abrasco.[2] Abrasco also names Pyriproxyfen as a potential factor in the outbreak of microcephaly cases and calls for suspension of its use. It condemns the strategy of chemical control of Zika-carrying mosquitoes, which it says is contaminating the environment as well as people and is not decreasing the numbers of mosquitoes. Abrasco suggests that this strategy is in fact driven by the commercial interests of the chemical industry, which it says is deeply integrated into the Latin American ministries of health, as well as the World Health Organization and the Pan American Health Organisation.

Abrasco also names the British GM insect company Oxitec as part of the corporate lobby that is distorting the facts about Zika to suit its own profit-making agenda. Oxitec sells GM mosquitoes engineered for sterility and markets them as a disease-combating product – a strategy condemned by the Argentine Physicians as “a total failure, except for the company supplying mosquitoes”.

Simple yet effective programmes like this are in danger of being neglected in Brazil in favour of the corporate-backed programmes of pesticide spraying and releasing GM mosquitoes. The latter is completely unproven and the former may be causing far more serious harm than the mosquitoes that are being targeted.

Community-based actions

The Argentine Physicians believe that the best defense against Zika is “community-based actions”. An example of such actions is featured in a BBC News report on the Dengue virus in El Salvador. A favourite breeding place for disease-carrying mosquitoes is storage containers of standing water. El Salvadorians have started keeping fish in the water containers, and the fish eat the mosquito larvae. Dengue has vanished along with the mosquitoes that transmit the disease. And so far, the locals don’t have any Zika cases either.

April 22, 2016 – Florida might have the power to save us all from Zika.

…But not everyone in the Keys is excited about the prospect of their home being used as a testing ground for GMO mosquitos. The Citizen reported there were 60 anti-testing signs visible in Key Haven, the neighborhood of 444 homes where the testing would take place. The battle about GMO mosquito testing is an ongoing issue in Key West, where in 2012 the city commission passed a resolution to prevent GMO mosquitos being released within city limits (Key Haven is outside of the city-limit boundaries).

In the four years since then, a Change.org petition against mosquito testing in the Keys has garnered more than 165,000 signatures, many of them from people who don’t live in Key West but feel passionately about GMOs. “People just don’t want to be guinea pigs,” Mila De Mier, a former nurse and real estate agent who started the petition, told the Miami Herald in March.

August 18, 2016 – Public Health confirms third local Zika case (Grand Cayman)

The release of Oxitec’s GM mosquitoes in the Grand Cayman started last week, after a short delay due to legal action by an objector to the initiative. In the end, a court allowed the program to continue. Around 10,000 genetically-engineered mosquitoes will be released three times a week in the West Bay area. Initial field trials had already taken place in the Grand Cayman back in 2009, along with Brazil and Panama. In these test releases, it reduced the Aedes aegypti population by more than 90%.

August 31, 2016 – More Floridians in favor of GM mosquito release than not, survey finds

A new survey conducted by the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania found that four out of 10 Floridians “strongly favor” the release of the mosquitoes while 20 percent of Florida residents surveyed “somewhat favor” their use.

Eleven percent were “somewhat opposed” and 19 percent were “strongly opposed” to the release of bio-engineered Aedes aegypti mosquitoes.

September 12, 2016 – Could a Zika Vaccine Break the Vaccine Stalemate?

But the development of a Zika vaccine could be a game-changer for an entirely different reason: Its development and adoption could help us make tangible progress forward in the current stalemate of a debate we’re having over vaccination.

Not since the rubella epidemic of 1964–65 has the American public had the chance to watch this type of public health crisis unfold in real time on American soil.

It’s worth noting that this once-celebrated rubella vaccine is none other than the infamous MMR, which inoculates recipients against mumps, measles, and rubella (the three individual vaccines were combined in 1971). A Zika vaccine could solve a public health problem that currently has no other solutions. It could also help expose the hypocrisy of the anti-vax movement. While we don’t know who will be recommended to get the vaccine in the U.S., it’s easy to imagine a scenario in which there is broad public support—and expectation—for mass immunization in Central and South America.

The U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control found that JPMorgan had illegally aided dictatorships in Cuba, Sudan, Liberia and Iran, including transferring 32,000 ounces of gold bullion for an Iranian bank.

A dictum in medical sociology recognizes that no epidemic in history has ever evolved divorced from major socio-economic and political upheaval. Liberia, in fact, at the time of the Ebola crisis was the world’s most tumultuous and controversial country, socio-politically, economically, and commercially, related to controversial oil drilling operations off its coast. At the same time, money was in-pouring from the International Monetary Fund, due largely to the work of the country’s high-profile president, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, the winner of the 2011 Nobel Peace Prize, and 2012 Indira Gandhi Prize for Peace, Disarmament and Development.

Ms. Sirleaf, was awarded an honorary Doctor of Law degree from Harvard University in 2011, and the African Gender Award that same year despite being openly opposed to homosexuality. She also won the 2010 Friend of the Media in Africa Award, despite gross corruption in the county persecuting journalists who expose political corruption. In 2014, Ms. Sirleaf was listed as the 70th most powerful woman in the world by Forbes magazine.

According to Wikipedia, which is widely known to be a mouthpiece for Western Intelligence, President Sirleaf offered the United States land to establishment the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM), but America refused her offer, instead using Stuttgart, Germany for the command’s headquarters.

At the same time, Sirleaf strengthened relations with the People’s Republic of China, reaffirming Liberia’s commitment to the One-China policy.^[54] In return, China contributed to Liberia’s reconstruction, building several broadcasting transmitters to extend the Liberia Broadcasting System and a new campus for the University of Liberia.^[55][56]

So at the same time wooing China and America, two nations vying for military and economic dominance over earth, with both superpowers cranking out increasing amounts of propaganda to justify World War III, Sirleaf encouraged peace and condemned all war-makers. But that’s not all. . . . At the same time a political corruption scandal broke in Liberia, challenging the lucrative oil contracts Sirleaf had approved, threatening Big Oil losses and angering the energy overlords.

Most people who have studied history (or Dr. Horowitz’s books and films) know that at the heart of America’s military might, as well as the emerging diseases defense industry, stands the Rockefeller family, the Rockefeller Foundation, Rockefeller-directed American Public Health Association, the American Medical Association, the Rockefeller-directed JPMorgan/Chase banking cartel, and the Rockefeller-controlled ExxonMobil Energy Company. Chevron  and ExxonMobil were named liable for bribery charges against Sirleaf’s administration, souring the “largest concession in Liberia’s history, according to one of the diplomatic cables.”

Consequently, the presence of Rockefeller/JPMorgan/Chase/ExxonMobil financial investments in Oxitec/Intrexon GM mosquitoes central to the “Zika mystery” chillingly satisfies Occam’s razor analysis as a high probability “vector” for the plague now threatening people internationally.
